I would use binance
More coins and lower fees. Stable platform. All you need to do is buy ETH on coin base and then send to to binance. Its reeally that easy

Don't fall for the heavily shilled stuff, just look for a couple of coins you can believe in.
Purchase XLM, will be the main currency of the fairX system of cashing out cryptocurrency this has been mostly confirmed and is why everyone is buying it right now.
REQ is also good, lowish market cap, relatively low supply compared to XLM and a possible alternative to paypal

io uso bitpanda per comprare in europa, poi compra ltc o eth e invialo a qualsiasi exchange tu voglia usare. non comprare btc, è lento e ha costi di transazione alti.

usa ltc o eth come valuta '' d'ingresso'' , da mandare nelle exchange, io uso ltc , ma non lo compro come investimento.
compro ltc su bitpanda, mando ltc sul mio portafoglio ( 5min) poi mando ltc dal mio portafolglio alla exchange (5min) poi converto ltc in btc e lo converto nella valuta su cui voglio investire. lo puoi fare anche con eth.
non consiglio ne ltc ne eth come investimento a breve termine... li uso solo come '' biglietto d ingresso''

io ho usato bitpanda perchè il giorno stesso che ti iscrivi puoi farti verificare, si fa una conversazione webcam con il telefono o il pc in cui mostri passaporto, e carta d'identita. poi loro ti autorizzano a comprare immediatamente.
non ha senso aspettare coinbase che ha i costi di transazione piu alti di tutti
