yes, after you have some ECA balance on that exchange wallet address it automatically stakes it every day. im getting around 50 ecas free everyday with my 300k balance.
It worked for me yes, been staking two days and >200 ECA earned
When you have a wallet adress in coinmarkets with eca in it, you are staking. You will probably see first reward tomorrow, go to deposit history and it will be visible there
