WHG DO I KEEP BUYING SPACE SHIPS?

Jumpers, do you try to help/improve settings you visit?

What's a good way to remove the weakness of Dark Binding that means eating innocent souls corrupts you?

Be immune to corruption, I think Cardfight Vanguard has a perk for it, there are others.

Update to MCU v1 which Red did and I moved around some squares for.

Changelog:

>+300CP item stipend
>Changed 'The Bus' cost to 200CP
>Changed 'ARC Reactor' description
>Changed 'Hydra Blueprints' cost to 300CP
>New Items: 'Bar of Booze', 'HYDRA Fabrics', 'Punisher Party Van', 'The Hangar', 'The Workshop', 'Asgardian Armory', 'Chitauri Energy Cores', 'Chitauri Robbery Kit', 'M-Ship', 'Rogue Leviathan'
>Removed Infinity Stone consumption limit and Thanos limit
>Buffed Capstone Boost effects

Have you tried not eating innocent souls

Are you a cat with a hoarding problem

Because space ships are cool.

Try only eating consenting innocent souls. Informed consent, not legaleze based they don't know what they are consenting to. The guilty of course you can continue to simply eat.

Yep, this is a thing that was done.

MCU2 update will be done tonight or tomorrow.

I have never been a cat, but I have been a dragon. Its not a problen. I can stop whenever I want.

True

Not... really. I mean making things better for everyone feels really good, but so does being The Devil and conning people out of their soul. Bit of a toss up on what I do in any jump.

I did buy the Gospel of Plenty in ActRaiser so me going to a setting at all passively empowers charitable and compassionate people, which probably helps out a bit.

Space ships are awesome.

If you're devouring innocent souls, i don't think the corruption means shit.

You're already an arsehole, is what I'm getting at.

I mean, when I kill the armies of my enemies, there are bound to be innocent souls in there.

Do you know what the other perks with the same effects are? I don't think I'll ever jump to Cardfight Vanguard, as I know nothing about it.

Too busy trying not to die.

Great Job!

Have you tried not eating

When one soul equals one 1-up, it's pretty hard to stop eating.

Avengers reference, nice.

Would also have taken "The Party's Over" in reference to the sock market crash and beginning of the the Great Depression.

>Ford's Journal: Entry 26:01
>My fears were completely and utterly justified. Once we entered the next world, user's abilities appear to have once again drastically multiplied. It's not just physical power, either - I've noticed he no longer spaces out or ignores me when I start talking about scientific explanations, and even corrected me when I gave him purposefully-incorrect information to test his reaction. This is problematic considering one of the things I was hoping for is that he'd continue to underestimate his own intelligence or act impulsively - that would at least make him somewhat predictable.
>The world we've entered appears to hold all manner of fantastic and terrifying beasts, and those who control the ingredients and resources of culinary are king in this land. Not since our time in the Justice League had I found a world full of such titans - except these aren't all particularly devoted to idealistic causes like truth or justice.
>While user continues to act on a manner he deems ‘heroic’ and his human bodycount since his oath to become a hero remains a flat zero, I refuse to take any chances and will continue to work independently.
>But there is yet hope.
>There is a perfect canidate for the Gourmet Cells that grant enhanced physical capabilities. Indeed, I'm not sure why the thought didn't occur to me sooner. I've disguised several tablets of Gourmet Cells as Flintstone Vitamins and insist to Shaggy they'll help him overcome indigestion from eating so much food. I suppose that's technically true.

Is there any interest in a R.A.D or Robot Alchemic Drive jump? Might give it a shot If no one else has claimed it.

Is there anything you all would like to see in the jump?

Here's the Fire Emblem Awakening update from last thread without the glaring oversights people pointed out.

And so the jumpmaker struggle to stay relevant continues.

>Toki later found out about it and questioned me on it. When I explained it was for the greater good, he merely seemed to stare up at the sky, as if noticing something above me.
>I assume he was merely ignoring me.
>Afterwards, he merely asked I share the results, for he felt his own combat abilities would be lacking if this were any indicator of what we'd eventually face. Reluctantly, I agreed - Toki has always been of sound mind and judgment, even if he is an absolute terror to witness on the battlefield.
>Side note: everything here is delicious. Preserve a few samples to bring home to my grand-nephew and niece.

So, question.

Is there *anything* the medieval mafia can realistically do to someone who purchased Zombie and You Can Never Die, Jumper... from Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash?

STOP EATING YOU FAT SOUL FUCK

What happens in it?

This update didn't do anything to make it stay relevant, anyway.

You mean... like as in people from medieval times?

A race of aliens called Vulgara decide to come to Earth and kill everyone, a kid who has an awesome scientist grandfather built him his own set of giant robots which he is told to use to stop the invaders.

Ooh, R.A.D. That was a fun game. Controlling your mecha from outside it really gave you a sense for its size, genius idea. I mean yeah, there was the first game, Remote Control Dandy, but in addition to its much worse name it didn't do as much stuff with the on-foot person's mobility, kept you from really getting to the good action shots. But yeah, a R.A.D jump would be rad (I'm sorry, I couldn't resist). As for things I'd like to see: super grip shoes. Fuck sliding off the side of my robot's shoulder, that was the worst. Give me fucking spider powers, even, I need wall-crawling.

...

I am a fan of the price reduction to the hydra blueprints. Wanted to point out 'Ultron Sentry Blueprings' has a typo.

That's my secret, user.

I'm never relevant.

FUCK.

NEVER.

Really though, besides the infinite 1-ups, another reason to keep eating is to keep powerful or interesting souls. Because I don't want to burn souls I haven an interest in, I have to keep eating faceless mooks.

Do you already have that crystal full of souls that respawns from Alterworld yet? They are all blank souls.

>I'm never relevant.
Awww. That's wrong though, you'll always be a relevant shitposting target. So you've got that going for you.

You know, I never completely read the note about how the Asgardian Capstone Booster interacts with the Super Soldier perk before.
I had always considered the combo, but now I have to take it.
Are there any minor forge/craftsman gods in Norse mythology that don't get much attention in Marvel?

FAT
SOUL
FUCK

Yes, the entirety of a multi-country encompassing criminal organization putting a significant amount of effort into killing the aforementioned Jumper in a setting with roughly equivalent technological sophistication as 1300s Northern Germany.

There's always Brokkr.

Huh, that might be neat to pick up. That's not enough though. I'll never have enough souls. That's why you should just spoonfeed me perks that protect against any sort of corruption.

At least I'm not a fat fat fuck. If I'm fat in ways that are impossible to percieve, does it really matter?

>WHG DO I KEEP BUYING SPACE SHIPS?
Becuz dey is cool and go pew pew!

>Jumpers, do you try to help/improve settings you visit?
Yes, if they are not filled with assholes or fill me with a desire to burn everything

Yay!

>MCU2 update will be done tonight or tomorrow.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

>See Pic

bestprings

YEAH IT DOES FUCKING MATTER, I CANT TURN OFF THESE MAGIC EYES AND THEY SHOW HOW FAT YOUR SOUL IS

I didn't know socks were such a big part of the economy back then.

Ah shit, now I feel bad for having pointed it out. It's my fault we won't have salt and vinegar robots, guys, I'm sorry.

>implying you aren't jealous of my THICC soul
Stay mad soullet.

>Huh, that might be neat to pick up. That's not enough though. I'll never have enough souls. That's why you should just spoonfeed me perks that protect against any sort of corruption.

Just be an Odin-level Marvel Skyfather Deity.

They can just flat-out make inhabited Solar Systems without effort. Just make one full of evil jackasses, and then kill them all a millisecond after their creation.

Horribly evil, but quite effective.

Not usually. It usually just happens because people who hurt me to me tend to be people who hurt lots of others in general and once you get those guys out of the way, good people are the ones I encourage to fill the gaps.

user, by the time I'm that powerful, being a Hellsing vampire won't even be relevant at all.

ITS ACTUALLY DISGUSTING

You'd be surprised.

That 'infinite one-ups' trick is still pretty useful as long as you're not fighting divine enemies.

Yeah I heard of Dandy before, never played it myself.

>a R.A.D jump would be rad
...Why? Even though I knew it would happen.

>As for things I'd like to see: super grip shoes. Fuck sliding off the side of my robot's shoulder, that was the worst. Give me fucking spider powers, even, I need wall-crawling.

The shoes I might be able to squeeze in or I could make it into a perk where you can keep your balance while riding on your bumpy robots shoulder. Wanted to put the flying shield thing as a freebie item for them.

Now why would you visit a setting like that?

Updated build.

Is the External Flame in part 2?

Food porn the Anime/Manga is a great place and having Meme-Shaggy is just funny.

Eternal Flame, and yes.

Soullets, when will they learn?

Like you wouldn't believe, socks for days.

That's cool. Just something to keep me from falling off this thing when I try to ride it over to the fight so I'm not watching this thing from half the city away.

bazinga

>6'3
Ah yeah!

Can't help but giggle watching Game of Thrones when Jon Snow and Sansa stand next to each other, he's so short!

To be fair, he's got that face.

You know. That face.

Where the Xenoblade Chronicles and Xenoblade Chronicles X jump ever finished?

Is there any reason arc reactor option is more expensive than the full suit that comes with baddassium in part two?

The constant someone-kicked-my-puppy look?

Not really. I'm just a humble wanderer. Though i do play the role of a hero in some settings i'm usually content to remain in the role that my background had before i arrived.

There IS a religion following me dedicated to some god (who is certainly not me) doing good deeds in said gods name, but that obviously has nothing to do with me.

Or to be blunt: I'm too lazy, so i picked up followers to make settings better without me having to lift a finger.

Difference between a one-time purchase and the methods of production.

Yes, that face. The face that makes women just want to give him a hug, tell him the world will be alright.

Aw, leave Kitty Harrington alone!

As a tech expert with that suit wouldn't we already have that information, due to having built it in our background?

Not necessarily. Bruce Banner is pretty good with tech, he sure as hell doesn't know how to make an ARC reactor.

I have that face, it's annoying. Always getting people, sometimes strangers, coming up to me and asking "Are you ok?" I think rest bitch face would be preferable as it at least keeps people away.

He shouldn't have any knowledge on Artificial Intelligence, and yet Ultron happened.

I realize you can blame that one MOSTLY on Tony, but Banner had a hand in it.

That kind of proves my point, though. Banner didn't do it, he mostly supplemented Tony.

But with that background we could presumably have made it, and thus have the information. With I Am Iron Man we should have the knowledge to make Arc Reactors (or a near equivalent) for our creations even without buying a suit that has one or the seperate Arc Reactor option. And having a suit would let us reverse engineer them rather easily even if none of that were true.

Your daily reminder that there is no Tsukihime anime.

Starting out, mostly due to the impact of my first background's memories, I didn't really care to. Just didn't like humanity enough to go out of my way for them.

Over time, I started to grow more attached to Gaia's little parasites/bio-weapons. But I'd say it was really picking up the memories of being raised on New Genesis and meeting Superman that won me over.

It's hard to meet big blue and not come away just a bit more inclined to heroics.

Then there's no need to buy the Arc Reactor item.

Then fanwank it? You're assuming an awful lot of things on the choices every single person would have made if they went Tech Expert. If you want to insist that, you're free to do so.

Companions that don't come with me are time-frozen in the warehouse, right?

Is there a way to still make them move freely? Perhaps as long as they stay close to the warehouse gate?

There are a few property and civilization options that'll enable inactive companions to be operational.

Try The Den-O jump.

>improving settings
>not making them worse deliberately
Look at this loser! I did actually improve Nechronica though. Not out of the goodness of my heart, of course, but because I ended up adopting a bunch of Dolls, at least for the Jump, and so I obliterated the Necromancers to wipe out any possible threat they could pose to them. I also fixed the world so they could be totally safe. Because no one messes with my family, adopted or not.

Noice, every noice.

Sounds cool, Red, looking forward to it!

Go for it, user! I am completely unfamiliar with the setting, but it looks cool, and more jumps are always great.

Oh hey, sweet.

>For the greater good.
Toki's heard that before, Ford...

I haven't been keeping up with news of upcoming jumps, but will the updated MCU2 be imaged, like the first was?

>Toki's heard that before, Ford...
Good catch.

I knew I could lure you out by posting about doing good deeds!

I've been gone awhile, did you ever post your chain/writeups?

Not unless someone offers to do it.

What is the timeline for the FE jumps?

Looking forward to where you go with this, Heavens. Your writeups are always fun to read.

Nah, I've been busy. Lot of stuff has been happening in my life recentely, so I haven't had a chance to do any writeups for a chain.

Pic related is the best one we have so far. No idea where Fate is set in in the timeline.

Threadly BuzzFeed quiz: buzzfeed.com/nikkije/what-is-your-spirit-animal-2zv26?utm_term=.hnKLPQAL4p#.lhQ1PYo18Q

>tfw this build narratively should go Chosen Undead
>but due to a rule, I have to take the Dark Wraith capstone
>thematically also want Painted Heathen's Velka perks
>and tfw it'd be cheaper to go literally any other origin, but then I couldn't get Chosen Undead's Scenario except by adding another purchase via Strange Journey

Son of a motherfucker.

This was an amusing game, and I would definitely jump a JC version.

For Part 2 is there a way for power armor to take options from the regular armor section? I want vibranium in my power armor.

>Son of a motherfucker.
Technically every man is that.

Hey Heavens. You have anything else planned for tonight?

Fates is in a parallel world that takes place some time after Awakening because we just Straight Up Have Awakening characters in the roster taken from that timeline

Yes, there always has been a way.

You might just have to get Strange Journey. It sounds like you'd be spending 100CP to save... how much if you went any other route?
