Hey guys, so how should Swamps and Deserts compare to Plains and Mountains? I intended for them both to be alternate methods of getting a bigger army (rice fields) or more stone (desert mining), but I feel like they would both naturally provide less- something which I'm unsure about since it'll encourage people just to take Plains and Mountians instead.

Also do people like the idea of adding another subsection of magic that is dark themed?

Economically, they could both be sources of rare but valuable plants, ones that are also poorly suited for cultivation and resist transplantation into milder ground. Since this is a fantasy kingdom and all.
