I'm thinking the players will all be novices at a medieval monastery. Maybe a Cadfael-esque murder-mystery, or for something more dungeon-crawl-like maybe they've been charged by the Father Abbot with retrieving a relic of the monastery's patron saint.

A world-famous, genius composer has either hired the party, or is the person of interest the party is hired to protect, as he attempts to prepare what he claims will be the greatest work of his life.
