How many Infantry models is too many Infantry models? Current Admech 2.5k list may or may not include 60 Electropriests and 25 Skitarii plus a seasoning of everything else, which might possibly be too much lightning.

I've got basically 1 of each primaris realease box. I want to make a small second army to play against my brother with my necrons. I've got 2.5k of crons and want to maybe paint at least 1-1.5k of my chadmarines for small games.
Was going to paint them as Hawk Lords but I doubt I'll ever field Girlyman so was thinking Raven Guard might be better.
What should I field for a fluffy RG primaris list? Obviously I'll need some Inceptors, intercessors and maybe Reivers. Should I bother with any vehicles/Hellblasters/aggressors/chaplain/apothecary or are they too unstealthy. Also thought it'd be cool to convert a spare inceptor with lightning claws for Shrike

Three units of 20 or four of 15 isn't much crazier than somebody like Guard, Orks, or Nids might be at that same point value, so I wouldn't feel concerned.
What WOULD concern me is if I had spent too many points on those, thusly neglecting my Dunecrawlers/Kastelans/Kataphrons. That would be a problem for my potential success rate, for sure.

I've never seen a land raider do. well though, and especially not well enough to recouperate its 300ish points cost. A lot of those people are just bringing them as mongo troop transports, but I feel like they should do more than that in an army. Any tips on running them well?

That Ranger looks surprisingly good in a fish-bowl helmet. Reminds me of the Fallout Trauma Harnesses and Ghost People with their bullshit regenerative abilities from Dead Money, they scared the hell out of me. Maybe those are what Biologis Skitarii are like to fight, except with more careful movement and actual rifles. Skitarii have never really been under "pretty good" apart from that short pre-Codex time when they were worse Scions in every way.

2.5k list is a Brigade and has 2 Neutronagers, 3 Plasmaphrons and 2 Dakkastelans in, although I didn't have room for a Datasmith so I'll have to try to deploy or Stygies in my Kastelans as late as possible and thus spend 1 or 2 CP positioning them and burning in Protector Protocol. In total deployment will cost me around half my CP if I want insurance on everything, which is why I'm stretching things to a Brigade.
I'd like another couple of neutronagers, considering cutting out the Kastelans and 5 of the Corpuscarii to fit them in or downgrading the Plasmaphrons to a 2-plasma Vanguard squad with an Omnispex to get a third Neutronager as a midpoint.

Might run a saim Hain detachment but primarily alatoic.

I'm running a LR Crusader with my smurfs and it can shred a ton of shit each turn. Most people seem to run them as anti-vehicle which is really not the most cost-effective way to use them

Lumpy is sassy as fuck, but the new nurgler has a plague knife. This is a tough match up. I would bet on the guy with a knife but it is going to be close.

Lumpy does have that protective armor essentially negating the sword.

A free 2 shot 2ap 2dmg pistol is fucking great, regardless of the healing mechanic.

That's not bad but, GSC even being in a weird place have the ability to completely wreck. If you put 20 stealers in someone's lines t1. The only problem is they are kind of a one trick pony currently that need guard or nid back up.
