I suspected a lot of technological problems with the coin after reading their no-substance garbage "black paper v1.0". Most whitepapers present some form of proof of concept or some serious effort put it into it with legitimate CS proofs but their black paper had literally nothing, just promises and fluffy nonsensical diagrams.
No way this garbage can compete with Monero in the anonymity niche, even thouhg Monero has its own problems. I would sell Verge if you hold it.

You were promised stealth addresses, a toggle between public and private ledger and a whole new Verge. All you got was a copied implementation of stealth addresses from shadowcoin which they didn't manage to get backported properly, a new background image in the wallet and that is it.

With Monero, you can get the IPs that make the transactions, but as of right now you can't link transactions to a certain IP.

TLDR: I used to hold until I came to my senses and realized this coin is 100000% shit. Sell quickly if you want to save yourself. The release is nothing like was promised.
