From the previous thread

How well do Humans scale later?

I was trying Vampires earlier and they seem to start rough and scale amazingly. How do humans compare? So far they seem great.

We at the Lexicanum could use some help getting everything up to date, not only for Fantasy Battles and Age of Sigmar, but also Bloodbowl. If you can join us and help us expand the lore.

I've finished uploading every Blood Bowl miniature currently in the Games Workshop and Forgeworld store into the Lexicanum. You can see it here: whfb.lexicanum.com/wiki/Category:Blood_Bowl_miniatures

They're alright. By nature of being human, they're versatile and not amazing.

You're missing Grak and Crumbleberry.

And a lot of those pics are just recolors.

Can't find those in either the Games Workshop or the Forgeworld store.

And from different perspectives. As long as the images come from an official source they are usable.

They were promotional models released in UK only for the new box set.

I don't know if you can even buy smashgrip yet, but you have him listed.

Thanks I found an Image I can use, I'll add it later.

He's already on the Forgeworld store which is where I took the images from:

I can see Kick Team-Mate being pretty good for stunties. Shame about the D6 scatter.

It's unclear what the 'official' rules are.

Which rules are newer?

pretty sure the pdf. They say they override the rules in their package.

Would these NAF skill packs be good for one off games?

That's not how GW logic goes.

Rolled 5 (1d6)

If that user that wanted to strip his vamps is still around:
youtu.be/MUaN_s5-pGs

Its ok. I think I am going to work with what I got but thanks. The repaint is still a lot nicer than before so at the very least the suggestions to reboot them was great.

The rule "newest rule takes precedence" has never failed me, so far. Do you have any examples where it does?

Bump

>draw Underworld
>300 tv overdog
>think ez win
>pic related

My soul hurts

>vampires going board stiff face down in cas box

That's pretty great.

Also 300tv overdog is bad news bears for vamps. Steal your rerolls with chef, and bloodlust just ruins your day.

Rolled 2 (1d6)

Probably, but if it is a one off you can just do whatever the hell you want so long as you agree before hand.

>tfw new to blood bowl
>play campaign
>do okay, not great, think you understand some nuances
>go from human team to specialized team like Lizardmen because you like them
>the pain of adapting to limitations and lack of skills on your linemen is brutal
By the Great Serpent, someone help me.

Plan more.
You'll get used to it.

Even better try human opponents that know how to play. As they play Elves.

>Play dwarfs the first time with my friend
>He made it easy for me because i was new to it and he was his local clubs winner of like multiple bloodbowl seasons
>He plays orcs
>"Okay so both teams are pretty beafy so the first half will be for you mostly beating on me and me beating on you"
>First half ends
>5 people of him dead or wounded
>made a touchdown end of first half
>2nd half
>he makes it a bit harder for me
>I still beat on his head with my wall of death
>score another touchdown by fouling one of his orcs with 4 of mine
>run towards the goal uncontested
>he makes one touchdown at the very last turn he had
>"Man the dice literally wanted you to win, after all they were the dice of the master of BB"
>It was his dice he borrowed me
>mfw his dice went against hima nd i won my first Bloodbowl match on a super spectacular and bloody way
man dwarfs are fun but slow

I'd suggest stick to humans. They are a brilliant team to start with and only really fall off later at high TV. Even then they can still compete just somewhat sub par.

For Lizards start with 6 Saurus, 1 Krox, 4 Skinks and 2 RR. Your Saurus are there to mark and bash. Never expose a skink unless you absolutely have to or protect your carrier. Good luck.

Congrats man. Dwarfs are great.
