Not sure how well the rules work, never played it myself, but Rapture Academy is pretty lewd and super skeevy. Should be able to refluff any modern bits to fantasy pretty easily, since it already has magic and monsters.

I think there is a lack of good systems that arnt lewd but enable lewd mechanics. (I don't have e a vast array of experience.) But I image that when it comes to sex the only mechanical aspect is cumming, the rest is fluff and ripe play, and make fluff and role play if sex mechanical would require a system dedicated to it.
I would think a good system for lewd without a focus on lewd would have to focus on Character Creation, and endurance rolls. I know there is a CYOA called battle sluts that almost dose this.

So what we need is for someone to take battle sluts and make it into a RP system. Something with D100 would and skill check focus would be good, or something with silly amounts of D6s cuz that is always fun.

Many a DnDish Character Creation with battle sluts as a focus and a CoC skill check focus using either D100s or D6s.
