I'm needing some specific proxies for a cube that aren't normally proxied, and some that aren't normal cards, pic related.

Most of what I've found online are preprinted lists of commonly proxied cards or between $3 - $6 each, which kind of negates the cheapness of proxies.

Any recommendations for something like this? I only need a handful of cards.

These threads are brigading threads. They are made by the same people that are mad at WOTC for making statements about social policies. They want to bring attention to proxies because they think it will get people to panic and sell all their magic cards, or because they think it will hurt WOTC financially. I don't know why they think Veeky Forums is the right place to bring this message to the masses, but for some reason they do.

Thats why half these threads turn into arguing about Jeremy. These threads are just troll threads, and it's the reason that as soon as one falls off being an active thread, another new one is created.

If it's for a cube, just print your own proxies. Go to magiccards.info, copy and paste the card image into MS word or whatever, and resize it to be the right size for a magic card. (63mm x 88mm - magic uses the metric system because their first printer was in Belgium) Print it on cardstock, or print it on regular paper and put it into a sleeve in front of a basic land or something.

My main issue with most proxies is that even the proxies are too expensive. They're approaching the prices of Magic standard cards for Vintage/Legacy proxies. That's unacceptable for me.

Get the flip-card stand ins that are meant for drafts and write the name of each proxy on them, then have the "piece of paper in-front of a land" sleeved seperate for people to bring in when they play it if you're worried about them being close enough to real cards.
