I feel like alot of that can be accomplished by having face covering armor, having them only speak theit native tongue on most occasions without a precise translator, and frequently showing them doing strange rituals that are hard to pin down the use of before combat encounters. Maybe relegate scarification to the warriors and shapers.

It's actually kind of weird in that they technically DO exist, as LucasFilm considers all the unproduced episodes of TCW as canon despite the fact that they'll never be finished or see the light of day.

One of the arcs that they were working on pre-production for, basically just the story concept and a few pieces of concept art exist for it, was a Vong arc that was styled kind of like the X-Files, alien abduction and weirdness.

They wouldn't have had the immunity to the Force their Legends counterparts had, and a few of their more... egregious aspects would have been toned down. But they're technically still there.

An adept force user could do some of the bending, but certainly not on avatar levels. Blood bending for example is just plain silly, along with the fire is the doorway to lightning meme.

I'm running a d6 campaign, and suggests what I did. Threw out the "PAIN AND EDGE" and rolled with the organic technology. Harder to detect, bit more resistant to the force...

Would they even have distinct sexes? Would they even breed naturally? For all we know they would use organic birthing factories to breed. We are afterall taking the basic concept and rebuilding it.

He can't saber-throw, but his weapon can't be manipulated by the Force and his attacks are harder to read for enemy Force-sensitives

I believe they share it. Their big thing was that the Jedi couldn't feel the Vong in the Force at all, like there was a complete absence where they should be. I don't see why this wouldn't extend to their biotech stuff.

Going by the TV shows there seem to be blaster pistols and rifles that are unique to the Mandalorians. I'm not sure they're manufactured by them though

These are what I'm talking about. In all the Clone Wars and Rebels appearances all the mandos carry these same boxy-looking rifles and pistols. They had a distinct sound effect and almost always had yellow blaster bolts

I mean, that's kind of the whole point. They're the Empire 2.0 because they were ordered to be, they're the most fanatical Imperial remnant leaders given direct orders from Palpatine to start a new Empire in the Unknown Regions.
