If the perfect body can't (for whatever reason) be perfect enough that it wouldn't need grooming, I'd go with Wellspring. Otherwise, Interaction sounds pretty great, both for properly knowing yourself, and also others. Traversal seemed handy, but not enough for me to pick it over the other two.

CYOAs aren't quests, they have no place on the board. Veeky Forums is Traditional Gaming, not Tabletop Gaming, and it doesn't get much more traditional than a simple "what if" style imagination game. There's absolutely no reason for CYOA threads to be removed from Veeky Forums as they're well within the limits of the intended content for this board.
