Training AI is inexpensive for 99.9% of companies simply because they do not have enough data for the job to be computationally extensive and even if they had, it's unlikely they would have the talent to handle the job .

For the 0.01% of companies who do, hardware has been cheap for a very long time. You can rent a Google Cloud computing platform to train an algorithm on TBs of data for a few $1000 bucks. And with techniques like transfer learning, there's less and less need for computation platforms anyways.

tl;dr DBC doesn't solve any problems, its project is useless. Good for short time gain, terrible long term prospects.
