For 1500pts you could do so much better.
The synergy between Kairic Acolytes and a Fatesworn Warband is too weak.

You're better off running Kairic Acolytes in larger blobs with a supporting Tzeentch Wizard to fulfill the requirements of Gestalt Sorcery and make the Sorcerous Bolt viable.

I still recommend an Alterkin or Witchfyre Coven over the fatesworn warband.

Does anyone know when this is likely to be released? I haven't been able to find anything about them since the announcement video a couple of months back, which I find a bit odd.

I posted this yesterday, but thought I'd try again with a couple of basic errors fixed.

I'm going with Malign Portents muster schedule, so the grot Shaman is there as a placeholder for the mushroom goblin or whatever the destruction harbinger is called.

I wasn't sure if going with 3x4 mournfangs is a good idea, or if I should drop some of them down to 2 man units for more grots to hold objectives, or drop some for beastriders battleline units.

Finally got my boys finished painting, what do you guys think? Ive never had a fully painted army before.
I played my first game with these guys this weekend. It was pretty fun, and now Im contemplating what to add to my army to bolster them up to 1000pts. Im thinking a warchanter, 5 more brutes, and a moonclan shaman.

Probably. The old ones are literally just historical models, while the new ones have much bigger guns and lots of Empire iconography. Youre better off buying some of those 6th ed starter models on ebay to fill out the unit.

Love that yellow, edge highlights on the armor are just a *bit* thicc but solid execution and concept none the less. Great green on the brutes, meganobs and boars.

Your idea on who to add to get to 1000 is solid, its hard to go wrong with more brutes and a warchanter.

Moonclan shaman is nice, cheap and simple if you're just looking for an easily hideable arcane bolt/unbinder. Solid pick over a warchanter who is more for fun than effectiveness.

Also you're inspiring me to finish my own boyz myself, good on you m8.

I want a bunch of Lords of Khorne riding juggernauts but I don't want to use multiples of the same sculpt. Would Varanguard look good on regular juggernauts? Looking at the sprues online it looks like a straight swap rider to mount. Opinions or experience?

This screams age of sigmar, not age of babytoys or noshadingart, but an actual new setting that looks good. Weird fantasy with the blue veins and yellow armour, but gritty and dark enough to look serious yet good. very nice
