GM/Players, do you ever describe/detail what a character looks like nude?

That sounds wildly inappropriate to describe to people who are anything less than, like, lovers or something. Unless you're all open about doing this to turn eachother on or something. But that sounds really complicated when the internet has all you need there. Unless you mean just minor, non-pornographic details.

I can't recall ever doing so, but if it was somehow plot-relevant I wouldn't mind giving a short description.

Hasn't really mattered to the game, so we don't bother.

Do you describe your characters' dental care? Visits to the dentist? Brand of mouthwash? After all it is very important to digestive health, and peoples' teeth are visible basically all the time. It's not easy to fight evil when you can't even chew up your dinner.

Like, if my character is covered in intricate arcane tattoos normally hidden by clothing? That probably bears a mention.

Or if they have a mysterious symbol branded into their back. Or, like, the stump of a tail that was cut off.

Unless there is something that was not otherwise known about the character's appearance thats worth mentioning, you can just say 'they be naked' and thats all anyone needs to know.

Otherwise you are being a creep.

I like to add a brief writeup of what my character looks like nude or close too in chase of shapechangers or if we go swimming. Everyone should put in at least this much effort

You dont have to look like a dino to be able to do all that. Often the most dangerous devils look human.

Yeah, but if they look human they usually wear clothes, so the character of their naked body is usually not relevant. If for some reason they don't wear clothes then the appearance of their body will get some description, though it might be somewhat circumspect in practice.

Nope. It's only even SORT of come up even once, when my character got turned into a different race and had to have a new body made for him, with his wife assisting another PC's wife in sculpting the body out of void stuff. But we left it at that and didn't go into descriptions.

I'll give one when it comes up. Usually stopping at "heavily muscled" or "fat and flabby" or some similar description. If the character has some distinguishing Donut Steel marking on their body, I'll include that too.

Level of detail, mostly. If you say that the barmaid is a catgirl with tits twice the size of her own head, that's describing an NPC with a notable feature. If you feel prompted to give her exact measurements, shoe size and the vibrant color of her eyes and describe faint milk stains where her huge, meaty nipples are desperately straining against her shirt, that means you're choking the bishop under the table.

I like to describe that my fighter have a 10ft reach when naked.

I just want to say that choice of "notable features" looks a bit questionable even with just the first description.

I had a ghoul in a shadowrun game, I love going into the details on how people are disfigured. Being a ghoul that has claws, I added the detail of tons of accidental scars.

When my face character in Dark Heresy takes notable wounds, I add them to her description. She has a large puckered scar on the front of her left hip and waddles slightly when she walks after a sniper shot in the third session blew the iliac crest off of her pelvis and took an inch or so out of her ascending colon, the former of which had to be replaced by a grafted steel plate. She's intensely self-conscious about it.
