Either way, apparently it gives a decent list of powers one could potentially use due to it. Guess my first go is figuring out if I can work out flight and then go from there. Probably sometime later see if I can figure out what the moon does and replicate it into a suit or something.

Exposure to moon-surface chemistry could theoretically change the light in some way. Physical matter does reflect and filter light, since the light hitting the material gets absorbed or nullified partially and only some of it bounces off, if you follow me.
