And this isn't a question of whether or not you can "win" against it (protip: You honestly Can't but you will live), this is more or less a question of how long can your party/your character survive it before becoming a cutesy monster girl's husband. Or for the case of female characters, being corrupted into becoming a monster girl.

In which just by simply having sex, human men's biology and physiology will drastically change. A human man who's in a relation ship with a water dwelling monster girl like a mermaid or octupos girl or neried for example will gain the ability to breath and live underwater.
