That’s not so much “low-fantasy” as it is “fantasy designed by someone who has seen how weapons and armor looked outside of videogames”.
Example; the Witcher franchise has some fairly realistic clothing, armor, castles, and weaponry, but it’s basically just regular high fantasy with a grimier texture thrown in because it has magic and monsters and superhuman mutant heroes and actual princesses of lost linages who are destined to save the world.
