Western IV is a swedeshit system _currently in translation_, somewhere inbetween realism and Clint Eastwood, with options to go full Django. Character creation is a pretty arduous process but it's one of those systems where you get everything done in one go and then you never have to do calculations in the game. Traveller-style.

The game is in progress and currently has 3 players after one had to drop. Expect conniving bankers in small towns, bandits in the canyons and elusive indians.

Just to gauge interest - who would be interested in playing Rogue Trader but with your dynasty assigned to you rather than player generated? The hitch is the dynasty’s interest is a rather heretical but profitable affair, leaving the players to play a tainted house, although with everyone, including the Inquisition unaware of the house’s activities.

I'm running a short dungeon crawl in GURPS... because I want to meat new players, observe them, see how well they roleplay in an environment that is popularly misconstrued as an anti-roleplay environment even though there is no greater stage for drama than life-and-death adventures... and then devour their souls for all eternity / form a longer-term group based on whether I have enough people who are worth playing with.

And also to practice GURPS.

But also also because I'll be damned if I put in the work to present a two-year-long campaign for some PUG trash that will just jack off about anime waifus and memes before they ghost on us just because I told them they couldn't play a three thousand year old fairy lolita sorceress.
