>Roll 2 Powers >Combine them; one cant work without the other >Roll 1d100 >This is capable you are at using your power. High is master, low is novice. >The last digit in your post in your squad, but feel free to partner up or fight against anyone you like
>Scenario: a widespread virus has spread across the world, granting powers to some and disease to others. Higher rolls are completely fine while lower rolls are still afflicted.
Well, that's convenient. Let's see how strong it is to determine the power level.

I have an idea for rolling. Everyone's powerset starts out at 100 points to be split between your two powers. The first power posted gains the points from the 1d100 dice roll while the second power gains the difference
Example >Ash Ressurection 30 >Lunar Embodiment 70 >low scaling use/control of Ash Ressurection with a high scaling use/control with Lunar Embodiment
I guess I can conjure all manner of crystals that shoot laser beams? Might be cool, could be a living weapons platform protected by layers of crystal that can shoot lasers.

Sounds like you sold your soul to the Pitt for real life duel monsters. The human editing software!
So basically I can bite people to heal them or cure people of their illnesses. I could probably also fight offensively by growing huge chompers and mutilating the hell out of someone, but it wouldn't be the easiest thing to do, as my teeth would heal some of the damage. Maybe if I have good capabilities I can increase or lower the healing power?
So I could go on defense and make opponents powers turn against them/weaken them? Otherwise I'd just train and learn how to use the fluctuation to improve my powers and others.
I think I'd make a decent villain. I've got no combat ability but wherever you go, I'm right there, whispering in your ear and making you angry. Like a cosmic Wormtongue. I could start galactic wars from the comfort of my secret lair.
Can shape weapons out of divine energy, the weapons usage never makes any logical sense.

So we have 4 (team 0) members 1 (team 1) member 6 (team 2) members 5 (team 3) members 2 (team 4) members 2 (team 5) members 1 (team 6) member 1 (team 8) member 6 (team 9) members
RIP team 7

I guess I'm an old school angel?
Last time i played this I got 100 on my power roll, but my ability was the ability to be a big octopus.
Guess I won't be bothered much by sunburn any time soon. I guess I'll be able to armour myself quite well too, generating an outer skin layer of whatever the settings unbreakable bullshitium is at will.
Offensive use may not be suitable for Saturday morning use though, as the victim suddenly finds himself growing an extra ton or so of skin. Unable to move under this extra weight and soon to die of heatstroke. Add toxin-secreting glands, a sprinkling of Cobalt-60, or some other misery to their hypodermis if it seems necessary.
So, we've got a genocidal origami wizard, a super-powerful spiritualist who can manipulate reality through writing, a master of the Matrix who protects the fabric of space, a glass cannon bomber who can defeat invulnerable opponents, a "love me and despair" aristocrat, a war-starting cosmic being, and a telekinetic skin generator.
Looks like team two is carried mostly by Moon Man and Phising. The center of the group is Mister Might He might have powers, we're not quite sure, the b-row are Moonbird, Lightning and and Padlock. The catgirl and the angel chick are there for fanservice.
Kayden Thompson
>Kaiba >Coral-ant man >The Sculptor(who's probably responsible for Coral-Ant man)
We have a good Saturday morning cartoon villain thing going on
Technically could be the child of any or any two members of the team and get all their powers.

Your job is to bend the path of light so that the media always gets compromising shots of our two monster girls and that's it. Leave the fighting to the guy who can't die, will ya?
