Happened to my character in my Iron Gods campaign last week. Was excited because I'm playing a body-horror alchemist. Got royally fucked. Gained Telepathy 100', but lost half my move speed. Gained an extra arm, but crippled one of my originals. Gained multi-weapon fighting, but I rely on natural weapons.

GM said magic won't help us and that we need to find technological means of healing ourselves. I don't want cybernetics/prosthetics.
