The Horde really should have been wiped out in less than a year after the Third War. A bunch of backwater savages with no tech, all pushed to the edge of extinction. Really, they should have been exterminated. Daelin Proudmoore should have been allowed to literally make them extinct. Like, they should all been put to the fucking sword if you know what I mean. Fucking backwards savages have no right to exist in WoW. This RVB shit is the fucking worst. The Horde should have been burned down to the fucking ground a million times. They should have been destroyed without any hesitation, fucking greenskins. There is no logic behind their continued existence. In any realistic world, they should have been wiped out. Someone like Garithos should have come around and driven them to extinction. That's all such a primitive, backwards group of species with such poor numbers deserves. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this. Fucking savages. I don't play this game to worship a bunch of disgusting looking primitives. They should have been wiped out before BC. I'd literally love this game far more if it was Alliance-only. There's literally no reason for the fucking Horde to continue existing or to have ever existed. There are few things worse than the way that Blizzard has depicted them as flawless, wonderful good guys that can do no wrong. Orcs, tauren, trolls, they're all so primitive and simple that they have no right to exist in an Azeroth with humans and dwarves. Literally this game would be a hundred times better if it was nothing but a Horde genocide simulator. I'd love to roleplay a paladin putting the disgusting savages to the sword and burning them all with holy light. Nothing's worse than the way the Horde is depicted as being equal to the enlightened civilization of the Alliance. It's even in the names, the Horde is nothing but a mindless mob of primitive monsters while the Alliance is unified and intelligent.

You're a fucking autist if you care about Horde vs. Alliance faggotry in 2018

Alterac.

Starting off the new thread with an old question I like for the TES threads(because they behave themselves better).

What is your favorite area/race

How would you change them for your TABLETOP game to make them closer to what you want?

Where is this copypasta even from, anyway?
Let HvA die in the last thread where it belongs.

Quel'thalas belongs to the Ren'dorei.
HORDE OUT.
VOID IN.

this.
Alterac will rise again.

Someone take the screencap of the troll

What do trolls have beyond regeneration and rage?

Quel'thalas belongs to the Amani.

Question. Would the GMs ban an escort guild?

I tried to implement your idea in WildStar. Player housing being the brothel and all.

The Ren'dorei should take over the Duskwood dream portal and create a Void Well from the Moonwell there. Then force the Worgen of Duskwood to obey their commands.

Is it just me or are there certain politics projected into this keen dislike of the Horde? I'm recognizing a lot of the jargon used by avid supporters of the Alliance. Could it be that we've got some individuals projecting their feelings about certain ethnicities onto the Horde?

Fuck no!

GAS THE ORCS! FOURTH WAR NOW!

My favorite race is the Blood Elves circa Burning Crusade; when they were addicted to magic, their engineering ran off of crystallized demons used as fel batteries, they sucked magic out of plants and animals, their Capital was a horrifying 1984 nightmare metropolis, and their Paladins were bloodthirsty murderers who burned down Silver Hand churches and took their badges of office off the corpses of their predecessors who died.

Restoring the Sunwell fucking ruined Blood Elves

There are genuine ERP guilds that exist for no purpose other than to be a hub for people who like to textfuck. An escort guild would be fine.

GMs don't ban guilds unless they're cheating. Any roleplay stuff is irrelevant to them and covered by the ESRB rating. They might intervene if you have a risque guild name and force a guild name change though.

its more like a faction that gets treated with kids gloves and favouritsm tends to garner hate from supporters of the other faction.

Lots of cool lore, especially if you ignore that stupid retcon about them being Titanforged.

Garithos please come back.
We need someone with brass balls in the alliance.

The Alliance is cool.

The Horde is cool.

Now what, faggots?

Don't you start.

But I agree

Hopefully RP realms will have the in-game language barrier removed.

>favourite area
really hard to say, every expansion (except for Legion unfortuantely) has at least one zone that I love. Netherstorm and Icecrown are probably my favourites though
>race
the mantid

Do... do you mean these?
wow.gamepedia.com/Devastator
They're literally just random dime a dozen canons. If you're talking about the giant cannon head demon that was stated could decimate the vindicaar in a single blast, that thing was killed by Velen, the player, and Illidan, not the ship.

Wait, they're titan forged now too? I always liked the part about them that they very specifically WEREN'T titan forged, that they actually came about naturally.

>tfw millions of Paladins will get the Kul Tiras daddy model and then get the black & gold pally set from Antorus to be HD Garithos

So what you are saying is that the big, manly Horde players are actually Shillary-supporting soyboys

No, but you want them to be.

No my friend, this is wrong.

You must hate the other faction.

I mean, look at those guys, don't they suck?

Trust me.

I love these posts where there is literally no way to tell which type of triggered faction poster it is because both are equally whiny and annoying

>WAAAH WAAAH RETCON WOD ORCS MUST BE PEACEFUL :(

Will horde manbabies ever grow up?

Artifacts fucking sucked.

The only Artifact that was actually any good was Maw of the Damned because it was explicitly the only one that killed Demons for real following Legion's retarded "Demons are immortal" retcon.

yeah, we gotta keep our baits subtle. otherwise the Bnet tourists will blow their gasket and kill themselves.

...

He's jumping the gun, there's a titan facility on Zuldazar so a lot of people are assuming it means the trolls were titanforged creatures, or at least that Zandalari are different from other trolls because they were.

>If you don't like constant Activision dick sucking you are a racist

I fucking hate 2018. Also daily reminder that Horde is filled with pimply faced tween edgelords who play forsaken, the exact same people who post edgy political shit

To try to pre-emptively stamp out more Bluebaby and Redlet bitchstorming, let's talk about something fun.

What is your favorite class, be it from lore, gameplay, aesthetic, or all of the above?

I really fucking love shaman. Paladins come in at a close second though.

>Didn't give a shit about the skins.
>ran to the Tmogger and changed my apocalypse to a runeblade ASAP

Nah, that's a relic of awful game design that will somehow exist until the death of the game.

This whole shitshow could literally be fixed by 'you cannot communicate with players from the opposite faction who have PvP on.'

I dunno, for a story/narrative conflict where one side are literal savages (admitted by Blizzard) to be compared to modern day race relations seems a bit.. racist on your part.

I mean, are you comparing Orcs to black people?

Stop bringing old thread shit into the next thread you dumb autist.

I'm PRETTY sure Chronicles and Legion retcons made trolls another titanforged race in addition to saying that the titans were all dead.

This but unironically.

The DKs have a solid aesthetic and are better than the other hero class, due to their progenitor being a badass who doesn't need a redemption story.

Alliance players compare Orcs to black people all the time in these threads. Something he is noting.

Fuck you, the warlock ones were great.

Coincidentally you're also wrong about permakill thing because the scythe of Affliction warlocks absorbs their souls and prevents them for being reborn.

I want to believe.

Tauren and Mulgore are my favorites, for table-top though they would be kind of an expensive race as they are a bit short of downsides.

Why do you want to ruin the Sunwell right after we had it fixed?

No, there was someone in the other thread who threw around words like hordenigger and hordecuck.

That kind of gives away their political persuasion, just like calling someone hordecisscum or hordeproblematictransphobe would.

Paladins need to grow "taller" instead of wider, stuff like the Blood Knights or Sunwalkers got bleed out for generic Silver Hand shit, but we've still gotten entire zones dedicated to paladin.

I hope Blizz fucking does Zandalari paladins and we get some actual uniqueness that sticks around in paladins.

>horde fags are so pathetic they try to hide behind real civil rights issues to defend their fantasy race

Disgusting and pathetic.

Nah, they didn't make them titanforged, they just said they evolved naturally only after the titans ordered the world.

Anduin marries an Orcish woman.

They have a child who is able to wield both the Light and elemental spirits.

In one hand this child uses Shalamayne, in the other, Doomhammer. They wear the black plate of Doomhammer but the helmet of Anduin Wrynn.

This child is destined to save all of Azeroth.

Thoughts?

>racism
No. The alliance complains because their victories are never shown in the game. I don't want to read blizzard's bottom of the barrel tier novels to know that the horde gets pushed out of Ashenvale by Varian of all people or the fact that jaina drowns a horde fleet that came out of the void instead of drowning orgrimmar.

Meanwhile Theramore is still a crater.

No, you see Orcs being called savages and warlike, and then screech that people are being racist for comparing them to black people.

That means you're making the comparison to black people.

Huh.

Still kinda a bummer since OL SKOOL troll lore had them talking about seeing the titans show up from when they were already civilizations.

Me'dan 2.0.

Shaman is great. Them, paladin, and warlock are my top favorites because all of their flavor, lore, and aesthetics are so pronounced and relevant in a lot of stuff and have a lot of lore dedicated to them.

Were you watching the thread with one eye closed?

>
>ctrl+f cuck
>10 hits
>9 of which are 'bluecuck'

Why are horde players such lying little bitches?

I'm okay with this as long as the players don't have to do anything to help the child.

DK
>mechanics so good they're now copied by every DPS class but mage and warlock
>most interesting lore
>funnest gameplay
>DK/paladin rivalry is top bants

>Give me a hundred Lightforged. Barring that, a thousand regular troops.
>- Bormos
>My faith is my shield.
>- Turalyon

Army of the Light are Space Marines.

>Battle for Azeroth will literally open with the Alliance living the dream of reclaiming Lordaeron while the Horde burning Teldrassil is going to be relegated to a book

And their voice acting is atrocious compared to Dawn of War.

Oh, that's a legit complaint I agree with Alliance posters about. I understand the Alliance does have actual problems with the narrative and I respect that.

But I can't really say there aren't a lot of blues who project hate of minorities onto the Horde.

Meanwhile one or two uses of Hordenigger, probably by the same poster, with more posts screeching about the use of the word.

Figured that was obvious

Blood DK has always been the most aesthetic class.

Paladin gets an honorable mention because they've always been the single most story important class (in a good way) and the Argent Dawn has been the best part of WoW's lore since Vanilla came out.

They weren't initially, but when I started playing them, the shaman became my fucking jam. Shaman lore is fucking fantastic, letting you be the Avatar, speak to the elements and spirits, and have lots of friends backing you up.

>alliance will get a face full of plague in their scenario
>the zone will be full of forsaken
>meanwhile ashenvale will become a lumbercamp
>Cenarius will look at the forest he protected since the titans were about and say, "Both sides are the same."

>tfw BfA will feature Baine and Saurfang allying with Anduin and Genn to overthrow Sylvanas and Galywix, Nathanos will take over the Forsaken, and a white peace will be declared, putting an end to the RvB shitfling at least until the next expansion

Screencap this post

Tell me about how I'm racist because I don't like Black Panther next.

Stop poisoning the well, you pathetic Tumblrite.

Hey Horde players! Watchya doing?

they don't project it. You are reaching.

"Have faith, Word Bearer."

archenon poros fellow mortals, I am the human male known as Turalyon-sama

>Sunwalkers

Unlike some, I don't have a fundamental problem with tauren paladins. But it was inevitably that game mechanics would see the Sunwalkers folded in with more traditional paladins lore-wise as we see in Legion. It would have been far better if the writers had accounted for this from the beginning. Ditto for nelf priests.

kek

Necromancy is canonically distinct from shadow magic and demonology.

Someone needs to make the pasta.

Shaman lore-wise, but I don't like the actual gameplay much anymore. I try to, but it just doesn't click with me.

Paladin and Druid tie for second, but again the Paladin gameplay doesn't do it for me, so I go Druid and enjoy the gameplay and like the lore well enough, even if I dislike how Night Elf-centric it is at times.

I really want to play a melee class with secondary healing type abilities. Paladin kinda does this but... just doesn't seem to work right to me, the healing just doesn't feel enough.

Time is money, friend!

Are we sure Shaw isn't still a dreadlord?

I love the idea behind Sunwalkers and Seers, but putting them in the same bucket with more standard paladins cheapened them.

>The moment you realize that WoW lore has declined to a point that Me'dan could show up in-game and nobody would bat an eyebrow

Stop talking about RvB shittery and start talking about how based the Mantid are.

>cowboy Ameriburger accent
>Chronakai Kristor, Lady Fareeya
>C-could I show you my crystalline hammer collection?

You might be pleasantly surprised if you looked at the mined and announced info instead of believing Veeky Forums shitposting for news.

The Alliance gets plagued, but they push on through it likely with the suddenly assistance of Jaina and the Horde is forced to retreat. The zone will not be full of Forsaken, they're phasing the zone for 110+ players and it's completely wrecked. Brill is annihilating, the statue of Sylvanas torn down.

The issue isn't mechanics, it was Blizz listening to people yelling about how Blood Knights and Sunwalkers weren't "true' paladins. Lots of interesting shit got ignored because of the Silver Hand.

>invading horde that keeps shitting the place up
>but you're an asshole for not liking them

The way the Horde is being presented as the source of much of the Alliance's grief, while also at the same time portraying the members of the Alliance that's wants to hit back, or just plainly don't want to work along side them or let them into their cities like Dalaran are treated as unreasonable, is easy to compare to the way large number of immigrants and refugees coming into predominantly white countries, where a very large number comit crime and cause the local populace considerable grief, only for large political movements and even governments in said countries portraying criticism to lax immigration laws as unreasonable, hateful and bigoted, and sometimes even to the point of witholding information and censoring criticism that speaks out against immigration.

Mantid are top based. They were too good for WoW.

So they all died out.

Ah, there we go.

>2009
>Be teenaged me
>Draenei Paladin main
>Never played WC2
>Trial of the Crusader comes out
>Paladin t9 is named after Turalyon
>Who?
>Look him up, badass folk hero dude who became a Paladin to protect his people
>Real old school type fantasy shit, was my jam
>Started idolizing Turalyon, saw him as everything a Paladin should be.
>Years pass, long since switched to Horde
>But year Turalyon is finally coming back
>Finally see him
>He's a goddamn Astartes knockoff

Fuck this space opera Army of the Light horseshit.

Nah, King Andy will produce a magic baby with Queen Wrathion.

Remember when Turalyon was an awesome mystery character that people speculated endlessly about in Vanilla and BC instead of... this?

The Mantid and the Mogu were great.

Who's your favorite Klaxxi?
