I think we are universerally aware now of how retarded the corruption is but there's another problem completely dooming humanity: mamono sex infinite feedback loop. It's specifically stated that they gain both power and sustenance from having sex, and so do their male partners. I think that's completely bullshit and basically means that mamono power scales infinitely with time for no reason.

At the risk of sounding like a wet blanket, if we're doing our own worldbuilding that's one we'll have to be careful about solving, as the feedback loop is what's protecting the top echelons of monsterdom (including the Demon Lord herself) from annihilation.

A sensible build might be to a) Restrict it to True Succubi and their immediate relatives (Lilim, etc.); b) have it suffer Diminishing returns, so there's only so much more powerful than her own baseline most monsters can get; and/or c) have a "Pyramid scheme" effect where most of the theoretical power gains don't go to the individual low-rank monstergirl, but to the Demon Lord's lieutenants and the Demon Lord.

I vote A and at least one of the two others, but that's just me.

All of those seem like they'd work just fine in conjunction, so why not go with "all the above" I say - only True Succubi can actually benefit from it, there's diminishing returns over time, and there's a systemic effort to keep the number of people actually benefiting from any of it very low.

I wouldn't use the term "domesticate", it makes them sound like pets. Monsters should be fully capable of human levels of thought and intelligence. In my opinion, it should more be a case of educating them to human society - "This is appropriate clothing, this is how we greet each other, this is how our society is set up and the power dynamics therein", that kind of stuff.

I like it, One mission you are fighting against a merc group and on the next you fight with them, and when asked all they say is "Whoever lines our pockets has our loyalty"

I would like to say no to this and allow for some monstergirl species to be smarter/dumber than humans but having a monstergirl species be as intelligent as (for example) a dog becomes kinda weird when you remember that they mate with humans.

there could be all sorts of monstergirl specific groups: from lizardman mercenary groups to monstergirls that fancy themselves knight errants. Then there can be trading caravans of the legal and illegal kind. But to go further, what do they trade and how is it made? It could be made by monstergirl monastic orders (monks were famous for brewing beer for example). How are they accepted in human lands? Is their monastic restraint so great the humans simply accept them? are their robes so covering? Do they simply live in recluse?

I think these sorts of things are great template encounters so to speak, so including a few such orders, mercenary groups etc would help

Monstergirl Apartheid... I like the sound of that. If handled well, I feel like it could be the background of a lighter monstergirl setting, or at least of a region with a lighter tone. By establishing such a society, coexistence is being treated as viable, which is much friendlier, but there are sure to be enough dark undercurrents ("taming" monstergirls, rogue or government-resenting monstergirls, intelligent monstergirl struggling with her own savage nature and a poor understanding on where the boundary lies, exploitative human douchebags who may not realize that it is STILL a bad idea to bully the literal dragon... and may get away with it) that there's meat for conflicts on a more human scale than species-driven war of armageddon.

Humans can be pretty dumb and pretty smart too - a species might be more likely to be a little slow compared to average humans, while others might be able to consistently perform above average.

Community does seem better, hive minds are a little too off for my tastes. I'd have to imagine their would be a full caste system, Queens at the top, then overseers, then soldiers, then workers - and the rewards flow in that order. But if any single member falls behind or is otherwise impaired, they're very quick to take care of them - very much a "One for all" kind of mindset, where if you mess with one of them you mess with all of them.
