This is just not true lots imperium stuff in t8 wounding a leman russ or a land raider on a 4+ instead of a 3+ is a big deal and i don't think the extra ap makes up for it. less range sucks for the infantry but DE is fast and mobile.

Kabalites will be in a raider, and Scourges deep striking anyway. It's really not an issue, especially as it's 36" range still.

thats the once assassin i dont use. i thing vindicare is the best bringing 2 of these guy means you can rape enemy HQ and your opponent cant do much about it. the other assassins can be countered by proper bubble wrap.

Not really. Worse against T8 and the AP difference doesn't matter if there is any kind of Invul save involved. They are specifically superior against T7 or less with at least a 3+ but no invul.
