So I have a weird combination of powers. By manipulating fairy dust, it will annoy everyone around me (potentially even me on a low roll) The bad news is I might not be able to actualy generate fairy dust on my own, so here's hoping for a mid-low roll to give fairy dust the larger boost.

Alright, this is good. My fairy dust which generates off of me can be used in a myriad of ways, support, defense, offensively, you name it. The only bad thing is using this ability annoys everyone, probably even myself to a degree.
How are my powers suppose to work in tandem when one cancels out the other?

Even if you didn't have moon blocking, your werewolf physiology is terrible since it's sitting at a power of 4. Basically all you can do is block the moon.
I guess you can be a semi-support type by blocking out the light of a moon to help allies, but that's pretty much it...
