I was actually originally thinking of this or Down Down to Goblin Town, but they just didn't fit, and the more I thought about it, the more I needed something just primal and menacing.
As a full disclosure, the idea for this song is that the different greater gods can bestow upon their champions three pieces of regalia, which are typically three powerful magical artifacts that work in harmony together. The champion of the Goblin God, the Goblin King, had one very obvious piece of regalia (an iron crown), but the other two were kept secret. Since the players decided that what they wanted to do was kill the Goblin King, they needed to discover the other two pieces of regalia, and potentially destroy them.
So, I thought, what if one piece of the regalia wasn't actually a magical item, but a magical song? Something that wouldn't be easily destroyed, and would still work in harmony with the other two pieces, and even fit the general Goblin King theme (since for some reason Goblin Kings almost always have a song).
So, I need a song that fits the idea of "This is a magic song that embodies the Goblin King" that isn't Hall of the Mountain King. I might actually be going down the wrong route by asking for tribal drum music.
