NO.

Does tic-tac-toe count as /tg?

>well-known rules
>played face-to-face
>uses physical game components
Seems legit.

Honestly tho, you'll probably find more knowledgeable players over at /r9k/ or /k/.

Go to /k/, they know how to play it in groups.
/r9k/ only does it single player.

It's more for kids.

Well, it's a game. Also very traditional.

Depends on which ruleset you're using. The supposed original version was basically grimderp suicide games (only one chamber was empty); the version where there's only one bullet has actual meta vis a vis physics and probability, but unless the reward is worth potentially putting a bullet in your head (or, again, you're getting off on suicide ideation) it's not a game anybody wants to play.

There's the drinking game inspired by The Deer Hunter called the Beer Hunter. You need a six pack of beer, side drinks, two red headbands, and crowd of people to chant while the bets are laid. You remove all the beers from the rings and shake up 1 of them. The cans are mixed up and placed in front of the players. High bid drinks first. First player picks their beer up, raises it to their face, and opens it.

I believe D&D is older.
IIRC it got famous in Russia in the 90s.

Also the new edition that uses automatic pistols sucks

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_roulette
>In Mikhail Lermontov's "The Fatalist" (1840), one of five novellas comprising his A Hero of Our Time, a minor character places a gun with an unknown number of bullets to his head, pulls the trigger and survives. However, the term "Russian roulette" does not appear in the story.[2]

>The term "Russian roulette" was possibly first used in an eponymous 1937 short story by Georges Surdez. However, the story describes using a gun with one empty chamber out of six, instead of five empty chambers out of six:

>'Did you ever hear of Russian Roulette?' ... with the Russian army in Romania, around 1917... some officer would suddenly pull out his revolver, anywhere, at the table, remove a cartridge from the cylinder, spin the cylinder, snap it back in place, put it to his head and pull the trigger. There were five chances to one that the hammer would set off a live cartridge and blow his brains all over the place.[3]

They always fuck it up by using a repeater instead of a revolver for some reason.

Let's see. 1 is death

For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause: there's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life.

Rolled 4 (1d6)

"Out, out, brief candle!
Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

Rolled 1 (1d6)

well, let's do this

Rolled 6 (1d6)

I'm ready

Rolled 5 (1d6)

Cowards die many times before their deaths. The brave experience death only once. Of all the strange things I’ve ever heard, it seems most strange to me that men fear death, given that death, which can’t be avoided, will come whenever it wants.

Rolled 5 (1d6)

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
' Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch,
if neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can randomly generate a number,
And not have it be a one
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Roll a saving throw against the ICE
THAT IS GUNNA BREAK

Rolled 4 (1d6)

Underated thread

Rolled 3 (1d6)

It is silliness to live when to live is torment, and then have we a prescription to die when death is our physician.

Is this from the whitest kids you know?
Thats good shit

Rolled 2 (1d6)

Release me from this miserable life!

Rolled 6 (1d6)

Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything.

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Haha I fucking imagine you shooting yourself with the first bullet and your finger just keeps twitching and firing again

Rolled (0d0)

Rolled 6 (1d6)

In between the oh-so violent fevers and gasping,
You asked me to get
The last bowl-ful of snow, descended from the skies,
The realm of galaxies and suns and atmospheres…
.. Upon two quarry-blocks of granite,
where the sleet are lonesomely deposited,
I perched upon them precariously.
And from the glistening pine-boughs
Filled with cold transparent beads that maintain
The hoar-white, two-phase equilibria betwixt snow and water,
I shall take away the last food for my little sister.
The indigo-colored patterns on the familiar bowls that
We grew up with,
You’ll be parted from them too, after today.

Rolled 4 (1d6)

Hot damn.

Death arrives among all that sound
like a shoe with no foot in it, like a suit with no man in it,
comes and knocks, using a ring with no stone in it, with no
finger in it,
comes and shouts with no mouth, with no tongue, with no
throat.
Nevertheless its steps can be heard
and its clothing makes a hushed sound, like a tree.

it's not mine, I got it from google images.
