Literally no one would believe that you are playing a value Sanguine Bond seeing how FREE it is to include Exquisite Blood and have some free wins.

I want to build a deck without any really obvious combo pieces, and that can function without combos, but is still full of combos. Probably asking a lot, but whatever. One combo I want to try out is Children of Korlis plus Treasonous Ogre, plus some kind of recursion. There's also Sun Titan with Gift of Immortality and a sac outlet, Goblin Sharpshooter with Elemental Mastery... Any ideas? Probably some kind of Aristocrats deck, maybe Alesha.

You are either playing with obvious combo cards, or value non-combo cards, or bad cards, or obscure cards with obscure effect that are most likely combo cards.

So yeah, you are asking for a lot, and when people see a card that resembles a combo they will immediately think your entire deck is trying to combo off.

How do I get better/faster at shuffling? I made an animar deck I really like but I feel like a shuffle a lot between all the different land ramp effects and fetches.

By my count a Mogis deck could have about 29 stax cards that cost $2 or less.

I fucking hate that they made Exquisite Blood for this very reason.

I'm not sure you're really going to break it. It's just decent ramp in a color that very much needs it.

Look up other deck lists for the commander. If need be, then proxy it for 2 or 3 games and see if you like the way it works. If so, start building it (without proxies preferably). If not, look at another commander

Maybe just spend time looking at all the different stuff you could make until something clicks. Are you usually picking tier1 commanders? I get bored with the 'competitive' stuff sometimes.

the more i weaken my decks with jank and random off-theme shit, the more i seem to win with them. they're often more fun too. kind of weird and counter-intuitive

As a long time player of slivers; I warn you that they can get pretty stale pretty fast. This would be more of a problem if you were buying them but even at the time taken to print them off you may be disappointed with how they play. Especially with a tutor in the CZ.
Even the sliver deck that i poured heart and soul into after wanting to build for years I've found myself playing less and less. It's sad and they are fun at times but ... be warned that it may not last for long.

Seriously why does this card exist, it's not white at all. It's less white than Mana Tithe, and that's specifically made to be off color.
