Homunculi monstergirls sounds good. Though I think Lizardmen should be related between ancient unions between men and dragons.
I believe they could talk like parrots right? Though I think since most monstergirls can talk normally so should lady deathclaws.

Slimes where

Anywhere wet where they can catch food.

I think slimes would just be universally everywhere.

I was thinking about this for a scholarly organization for a monstergirl setting.

>Capture monstergirls and send them to facilities in order to study, make countermeasures, contain and if needed terminate monstergirls.

>Tend to recruit people (aka lab rats) from slavers and prison populations.
>In shortages, they can also grab refugees, drunkards and anyone they can get their grubby hands on, has long they have deniable liability.
>Prefers to lock up cursed items instead of destroying.
