Trump has had trouble passing things because he's had trouble getting even 50 republican senators. The initial attempts to repeal Obamacare used budget reconciliation so that they would only take 50 votes, but they still failed repeatedly because they couldn't even get that. The democrats aren't what's stopping Trump from doing stuff. It's that the stuff he's trying to do is so stupid that even republicans are reluctant to vote for it.

The genre of cyoas with a "story" that put you in a hyper specific situation is oversaturated imo, but this is one of the better ones.
You really get a sense of the world with the public work choices. Plus, the design is really well done. Not overly tryhard, but with an eye for beauty.

The CYOA in question also happens to be both old and incomplete.
