Make them Ghost Knights. Essentially AOS's verion of the Legion of the Damned.

The "Lady of the Lake" isnt actually a cosplaying elf goddess anymore, instead the twisted fragments of the Old World formed a completely new, minor goddess.

She appears in a time of need during an attack with her Ghost Knights to trample down the opposition. Then, anybody who "accepts her blessing" gets their soul sucked up by her to grow stronger.

Essentially, she's the Death Character thats been stealing away souls from Nagash, Sigmar and Chaos to strengthen herself and become a full-fledged goddess

The Knights themselves are the souls from the old world that still believed in the Lady until the end. Make them still have their own heraldry and shit, but give them ghost lances and swords and an "ethereal" look.

Essentially, make revamp them as GREEN KNIGHT+COUSINS.

What you are talking about is just the lore - forest knights, mad knights etc. It's easy as fuck to brew up an interesting story but it's 100 times harder to also create a range of unique miniatures.
