I wonder if they were properly gift-wrapped.

Do you think he could beat Lorgar in a duel? What was his endgame?

>My team uses them in practice games alreafy (them being chess clocks)

Do you like using chess clocks? I think 40k can go faster than it often does and so I do like the idea

4th for tau are a failed abortion of a faction

>Do you think he could beat Lorgar in a duel?
Yes, everyone can do that

>What was his endgame?
To serve Emperor and Imperium

please stop making my waifu so cute

Pre-heresy Lorgar could probably convert him honestly. All Dooku wanted was a strong, unified galactic empire

These any good??

Yeah, don't check the catalog first or anything.

>Being a Templar is suffering.
Correct

Quick! Post the last model you painted!

I really enjoy it, makes you think faster - keeps the game moving. All in all for us it works out well for us (as a team we probably go 6 of 6 well over 85% of the time at a 5 day).

>It's weird how everyone in my lgs agrees tony was in the right, but everyone online thinks he was the worst. It's like people never played in a tourney.

I don't really care other than to note that if I play Tony I'm going to keep calling judges over every time he so much as sneezes. What do you think of chess clocks?

So does anyone know how to get citadel paints out of carpet? The usual stuff I use for paint isn't working.

pee on it

Desire to make a DEldar army grows stronger.

Going to try giving them emoticon faces tomorrow after someone suggested it last thread and finish highlighting.

Because fuck trying to make these seem intimidating rather than having fun.

To all Dark Eldar players.

DO NOT share starter lists, in particular lists that use venom and raiders.

They are super cheap on my local store as well Kabalite warriors and I DO NOT wish to crave them.

...

I... I wanna play against that.

Mmmmmmmokay.
I'll delete the nice comfy thread with a conversion in the OP in favor of a thread about peeing on shit.

Now I'm part of the problem, too.

Thanks man.

I played with chess clocks befote.

Absolute worst thing ever. You have to build up a reflex to tap them and you need to always be moving quickly. Your opponent will never tell you your clock is ticking and you'll suddenly have only a minute left.

It's really less about strategy but quick general memorized movements.

*blocks your path*

It is too much. Dark Eldar's models are too reasonably priced compared to those of other factions.

Red pill me on daemon hosts.

It definitely helps to build muscle memory but pre-planning is a major part of using clocks well.

It- it's one of these...

Imperial Fists are the best legion and the best chapter. Perty can go suck a fat one.

It's a quote from the Big Lebowski

Hey, I plan on doing the same when I get eventually get mine!

You get used to it.
It's not really muscle memory so much as planning in your opponents' turn, and having a firm strategy already in mind

Heretical, but can be very effective in dealing with chaos is the inquisitor using it isn't retarded.

...

They are hosts. To daemons.

>Guy charges 4 units into my army
>spend 2cp to interrupt after the first unit and go with my unit
>pull out my codex to consult their stats
>Pull out my rulebook to carefully read the entire section on close combat rules
>measure every single model to see if theyre conceivably in range
>roll my attacks 1 dice at a time
>consult rulebook again to double check what i need to roll to hit

oh whoops your timer is up, my turn :^)

A generally piss awful unit?

Does seem to be a somewhat common thing people do with them. Not really unique probably less so than plain dot eyes even but it's cute.

This is why you pause clocks, or better yet, it's deathclock and you put that shit on their time.

...

>quote
I believe you mean reference

They definitely deserve to be the imperial poster boys more than the smurfs.

The clock shifts to you as soon as you interrupt. This isn't Kings of War where it runs uninterrupted during your turn, it shifts during the turn as need.

This a fun looking army? Haven't played since 6th.

>tfw do nothing but make army lists and dream about playing and painting 40k again.

Tap the clock as soon as the opponent interrupts.
>inb4 take an hour to decide whether to interupt

I always wanted to play high point models so I could spend a truckload of time painting one dude.

Very dangerous tools. They can help inquisitors in the short term, but that tends to play into the daemons plans in some way or another. They manipulate so much that it's difficult to tell if you're being fucked with or told the truth. Sure they might be useful, but the potential ramifications make it so that the only way to win is not to play.

get some mandrakes

Big hive scum ass right in my face

I still think you should embrace the Cubix from their color scheme.

So never effective then.

Quite happy with how they turned out.

What faction? Shoes say Escher, but hairstyle says anything but.

>Laughs in spearhead detachments

Uh, user that stuff looks expired.

Other than "because fuck you", how come that the Ultramarines relic effectively gives your dude Deny the Witch without the need of a librarian and some better personal prowess to smite down his foes while the Black Templar relic helps with coordination of your troops, improves army synergy and gives you a strategic edge with your troop deployment at range?

Both armies would probably be happier and more flavourful if those effects simply switched over. Ultras would get a relic that could be a potentially pretty significant buff to their gunlines while advancing forward while Templars would have an actual decent counter to Psykers like they used to have and would get the chance to get a better Stratagem.

Ex-escher mercenary.

The cubix robots were neet and the town too.

>We want the WoW demon Hunter bishounen bleach audience

*blocks your path*

Dude those models are resin, once again blizzard stole from GW.

Is that from a kit or is it a conversion?

CREEEED!

Rest of my army is primary white with blue plating and red undercoats. Adding more colors to these guys when most people won't even get the reference seems like a waste to me, unfortunately.

Its better to have 30 man boy squads than 20 man squads. Make's it so that you don't lose your bonus when one model dies.

Just some disks of Tzeench

Best waifu?

Best waifu.

It's a conversion someone on here made. I don't think they ever posted the finished product.

I play primaris-only with dreads and terminators. It's just elite enough that I can spend a lot of time on single models, but I enjoy painting more than playing anyways so I'd probably do the same with a horde army as well.

I kinda wish they'd emphasis the characteristics of both chapters a bit more. Like Ultras with their roman shit. I feel like Fists have always had a germanic knight theme in addition to being siege specialists.

The bug eyes weird me out.

Is listening to a demon Commisar heretical or is disobeying your Commisar's orders treachery?

Well fine, you can keep struggling with Celestine's chastity belt.

Paper bags exist for a reason, user.

user what the fuck did you do to his arm? Please give him his arm back.

Both. Good luck :^)

The best option would be to just kill yourself just in case.

I honestly think they should take Rogal Dorn's eskimo origins somewhere beyond just scrimshawing, Templars pretty much already own the Germanic knight aesthetic.

...

This dude sucked like all star wars villains

A warrior earns his arms.

Who was in the wrong here?

My Genestealer Cult Commissar.

...

You talking shit about my boy Vader?
The one who openly admitted to consorting with daemons

GKs for fucking everything up.

I wish people would stop posting my waifu dying

>murderhobo
>waifu

ADB

You're wrong.

DO IT, FRIEND
I made the switch in 7th ed but I had a blast all the same. Join us.

...

>hurr i'm going to act in a heretical manner
>urrgh why is the ultra puritain shooting me

>tell the grey knights you consorted with daemons
>it's their fault when you get shot

Pretty sure there's a collection of 1 page porn comics about a Daemonette dressing up as a Commissar to abuse that dilemma. In fact I know there is.

no it sucks, the Marine Codex definitely has some iffy bullshit

Holy shitniggers. That is one cool fucking conversion
