Seems fine I guess. A bit lacking on the AP department.

Some are evolved enough to jse advanced Tau tech, maybe even rudimentary battlesuits. Others are full animalistic rip n tear. Predator-style character hunter. Honorabu sword wielder. Psyker shamans.

1500 points is the magic mark for me, you can field some fun stuff but also need to make some choices about what you're going to leave behind.

I agree, when 8th first dropped I thought 2k would be it, seeing as my 1500 point army from 7th was now 2k, but I feel like 1500 points cuts back on some of the more bullshit stuff this edition.

Weird points limits always make me think whoever organised the game/event couldn't fit what he wanted into a normal bracket, so just upped the limit by a couple of hundred points.

Nids use Carnifexes as boarding troops like Marines use Boxdreads, so one of the ships in the hulk probably got boarded at some point, which may also be how the Genestealers got on board in the first place.

For the cost of a splinter cannon you could get another Scourge with a Shardcarbine

Eldar and dark eldar have very strict gender roles

they can totally subvert them, but gender is very important nonetheless. Their cultures are all about archetypes (gods and aspects of war for eldar, dark muses for dark eldar) and many of those archetypes have a very strong gender identity that you usually have to fit in order to follow it.

the only exception is haemonculi covens, all inductees are forced to lose all their innate signs of gender identity to become a weird caricature of both sexes at once, with a huge musculature and a freakishly narrow waist.

How many points and where are your transports and what detachments are you using

as a fellow TS player I like that list, I`m sure it looks cool on the battlefield.

Just one concern, whats your plan on how to kill vehicles?
