Wonder what the new merc character bring to the table.
Samuel Robinson
That might be first Infinity mini I'll pick up, it's been a while since I've done that.
But that's my aesthetic.

I'm actually pretty happy with the profiles revealed.
Hopes: Unit 9 would be infiltrators with land mines Reality: FD2, ODD, Mine Layer, SMG. Also AVA 3 and a HRL limited camo profile.
Better than my hopes.
Hope: Big Boi has Red Fury Reality: Big Boi has Red Fury OR a sexy Multi Marksman Rifle.
Him being at his point cost was a nice bonus too.
Hope:Kempei doesnt suck donkies. Reality: Spitfire and MSV2+Shock Marksman profile.
Considering I see people in Vanilla Haqq run Shock Marksman Djanzaban, this is great!
Overall very pleased.
Jackson Nelson
She's a limited edition mini for the new book preorder.
Michael Butler
>book preorder not available on MiniMarket This better not be a permanent state of affairs.
Luke Cooper
I'll ebay her then *shrugs.*
Christopher Perez
Good luck, she's a very useful profile in 3 new armies that have just been released.
Jordan Nguyen
Space Kosovo is space Serbia t. Brawler chick

For the next recreation, they might as well give us Pius X with MSV3, Total Reaction, Sixth Sense LvL2 and Sensor.

It's pretty cool that they managed to get out models referencing Ghost in the Shell so quickly after it came out. Considering the similarities between the settings, there must be some weeb in Hollywood playing Infinity.

Hi... I've been playing Yu Jing since like 2006 and when playing vanilla I usually use Keisotsu because they where cheaper Regular Orders.
I see no real drama with JSA moving to NA2 regarding Vanilla Yu Jing at all.
The real lack of snipers in Yu Jing was the real thing IMHO and I fix that with ArmandLeMuet and Knauf now, so...
All these whiny Yu jing players must be frustrated millenials or something. I do not share their point and I think they do not represent the whole Yu Jing State Empire player base. Thank you for your time. Now, move along.
Lincoln Butler
>I think they do not represent the whole Yu Jing State Empire player base.
wut? Who ever claimed they did?
Jaxon White
So you are okay with companies changing the rules of their game unnecessarily and force people to spend more money to keep on playing the game as is?
Dylan Rivera
>I eat company bullshit like a good consumer so everyone should too (You)
Matthew Thompson
>All these whiny Yu jing players must be frustrated millenials or something. They are.
Also any normal person picking up infinity thought that China and Japan being buddies was the most fucked up thing they did.
Cause Chinamen and Nintendomen really don't like each other.
Ryan Rivera
>force people to spend more money to keep on playing
Not with the proxy rules they have in place.
Landon Wood
When I first got into infinity I was shocked Japan was under China. This was probably what they always wanted to do, but never could.
Adrian Bennett
What are the rules? Something specifically for the split or just general type?
Chase Morris
Pretty much. The writing was on the wall from the beginning but WhineJing players are close to haqq with the WAAC whiny gays so suddenly it's a huge issue.
YuJung is the worst playerbase anyway except for Haqq so it's nothing they don't deserve. Maybe now they'll actually learn how to play instead of just bringing all the toys and spilling the box over the table.
Ryder Thompson
That's standard fare for new editions
Hudson Kelly
Post your lists that got gutted by the new changes.
Zachary Gonzalez
General rules for proxies are only that they have to be from Corvus Belli, same silhouette and it is preferable that their weapons are the same (this is given some leeway on part of TOs though). So yes, while having some models become invalid is kinda shitty, no one is forcing anyone to buy new stuff.
Xavier Williams
Or he just just wait till the inevitable release the 4 man box of them.
Gabriel Wood

Awww... so cute. Do you happen to have a Game store or just be around a gaming club or something?
This move by CB is reactivating my local community, amigo. This movement, this excitement about new things to come is what this game needed so much. CB should have done this looong ago.
Henry Long
Do you even read the lore? They make it clear that China and Japan aren't buddies.
Leo Parker
Considering that Vanilla Yu Jing players at Interplanetario were using Oniwaban and Kitsune and so on.... yeah, it's a problem.
Jaxson Flores
>t. brainlet Which should make this split even less surprising.
Gabriel Adams
>WAAC competitive nerds getting demolished. You say that like it's bad.
Chase Kelly
>if a sectorial moves you have to remove units from the vanilla
That is how retarded you sound.
Owen Evans
Link the comment that complains about them splitting up?
I think it's lame that vanilla is losing units.
Ethan Perez
The newest player at my LGS plays Vanilla Yu Jing and uses Kitsune. He's not "WAAC" he just likes Ninjas + Space Commies. Now his lists got gutted and he's just getting into the game. Good job, CB.
What do you do, actively try to run suboptimal lists?
Jason Barnes
>how dare people use units from different sectorials in vanilla, it should only be themed lists without links!
Ryder Brown
>suboptimal lists lmao get lost 40kid
Dem semantics.
Bentley Mitchell
She probably plays Warmachine.
Dominic Robinson
>I shouldn't have to try to problem solve and I should get a swiss army knife for the slightest problem!
Parker Barnes
Ah, so you admit you are not addressing the actual argument.
Robert Campbell
You're just playing semantics, and I have no time for virgins who play semantics.
Robert Hill
What are you talking about? The "swiss army knife" is purely a playstyle choice and feels really balanced against more focused lists. It's one of the things that makes Infinity beautiful and stand out against 40k and Warmachine.
Dylan Torres
He can still use Ninjas, and Kitsune as a Ninja proxy.
Nathaniel Bailey
>le WAAC nerd Go back to 40kids where you belong nerd.
Hudson Cruz
>I'm afraid to argue because I can't counter your claim
You play Pan O, right?
Alexander Green
...
Gavin Cooper
>I'm not complaining about the split! >I'm just complaining about the split because I'll lose muh units! You're not very bright are you semanticsman?
I'm afraid you may be retarded.
Jaxon Bell
At least you've resorted to just posting tired images instead of crying on a mongolian basketweaving forum about how spainiards (who don't read said forum) are ruining your life by taking away your toy army men.
James Richardson
Ninjas are not gutted out from Yu Jings you know. The one that out is Oniwaban.
And i don't know how loosing kitsune will makes you running an suboptimal list. She's fucking expensive you know, for a glorified smoke dispenser. And her other best thing are just slicing big guys, which is pretty situational.
Isaiah Hernandez
Neither of those have Superior Infiltration, which was the whole gimmick, especially with Sun Tze.
Brody Roberts
>spainiards (who don't read said forum) You're not fooling anyone Carlos.
Ryan Williams
Don't disturb his crying, that's how you get kids to throw tantrums.
Hudson Davis
...
Joshua Wilson
It's the superior infiltrators. She can kill anything. Oniwaban with boarding shotgun was great for killing fireteams, too.
You'd understand this if you were competent at the game.
Juan Brooks
>t. brainlet
They can split without vanilla losing units
Gavin Taylor
Not even posting anymore darlin'? That's cute.
Blake Murphy
So you are in fact complaining about the split.
:^)
Alexander Williams
>How could you, CB!?
And so the first seal is broken.
Christopher Cruz
I really hope they don't explode my Acon, I only recently got into the game.
Christian Sanchez
Everyone thinks it's interesting and cool except the salt miners.
Acon exploding is either a metaphorical explosion, as in new stuff. Or it's a campaign thingy which would be good timing since it's about half way in the year iirc.
Either way the faction won't get deleted.
Jeremiah Adams
If YJ lost JSA because their unit profiles had to be trimmed down, then Ariadna, Combined, and PanOceania are the other ones that are really bloated.
Hudson Diaz
>She can kill anything
At close combat, her BS are mediocre, and her weapon options are combis. So basically she's only kill anything if your enemy are suddenly retarded at deploying unit.
>Oniwaban with boarding shotgun was great for killing fireteams, too.
I can say this to any infiltrators with BS. Heck, i can say this too with tiger soldier with BS.
>You'd understand this if you were competent at the game.
Bad argument. I just saying this out of experience. They have their niche but its not an end-all-be all-one. Their role are pretty narrow too, so they're not really be missed.
Jaxon Cox
>relying on one trick this heavily >tells others to get competent at the game oops
Kevin Cooper
> Do you like thing? > Nah > Omg delicious tears :^) wow entitled just buy more miniatures lmao wtf is wrong with u holy shit killing the game fuckin millenials
Angel Garcia
Someone seems perturbed.
Ryan Gray
It's true. I'm not going crazy like some people online, but I would have preferred if things had happened different. That's true enough.
Sebastian Parker
...
Ian Richardson
Nope, I am complaining about the loss of units in YJ. The split is perfectly fine.
Thomas Parker
Who wouldn't be?
Christopher Bailey
>Kuroshi Rider So she's just a better Asuka? Okay, I guess that's fair, but you can bet I won't use the retarded scythe, Duradura reference or not. >Unit-9 Basically a lighter Raiden for less? That's not horrible. Can't see the real point of the other version, other than giving a nod to the Major. Maybe as a harasser? But we usually have dudes that do that job better. >Daiyokai Unsurprisingly, the most interesting news. Multi marksman rifle is a cool choice, especially with Fatality. Certainly better than the usual HMG heavy dude. Surprisingly low CC value, though.
Brody James
>New Montesa profiles >MSV2 options that aren't crap >6-2 move on Guarda >New infiltrators >Regular Box I could live with that.
Landon Murphy
Major Ryuken is really just for laying the mine, she isn't even a specialist. Lay the mine and if she lives to your turn put her into suppression fire, which she is excellent at. That's about it as far as I can tell. She can bully people if she can get within 8 of them, though I guess in some circumstances firing at 0 range is not bad with ODD.
Jonathan Martin
>PanO loosing Acon
The only thing that make sense for PanO now is they loosing Svalarhemia to White Banners.
Ryder Bell
How would YJ take Sval with part of their territory seceding?
Robert Price
Her having FD2 is a blessing in disguise. It makes you deploy her like a conservative Infiltrator. If she lives she is fast, cheap, has mines, has ODD, and an SMG.
She's actually pretty brutal for her points.
Brody Cruz
With that X visor she has 0 range out to 24 inches. Good for killing enemy combis and rifles.
Adam Cruz
No that doesn't make any sense either. Yu Jing just fought a civil war and couldn't even keep the heavily scrutinized JSA from winning a resounding victory over them. They not only lost important military resources, but some land and technological companies as well. Their prestige is shot, and in universe their morale should be low while they are forced to reorganize after such an embarrassing defeat.
Meanwhile, PanO is as big as ever, and it's main rival just got kicked in the nuts by its adopted child. No way YJ is taking Svalarhemia any time soon. PanO also doesn't have any super glaring internal matters that could boil over like JSA. The only way I see PanO taking any damage is Combined Army launching some surprise offensive against them and dealing a crippling blow. Otherwise PanOceania will pretty much reign supreme.
Josiah Williams
24 points for a forward deploying ODD smg with D-charges is amazing, oh yeah it also drops mines in the midfield.
Julian Sullivan
>he doesn't know about the explosive compound in CB pewter
Jack Rogers
With alot of shenanigans
I think since JSA are not their main standing army, and their capitals are still intact (JSA are evacuate from the planet, well most of them at least). I think they're still able to pull it out.
Xavier Young
You know all that manpower dedicated to oppressing Japs? Well they had to move it somewhere else.
Landon Moore
>oh yeah it also drops mines in the midfield D-Charges are Deployable too
Gabriel Butler
>They not only lost important military resources, but some land and technological companies as well.
Nah, all JSA held tech industries and most of research data are secured by Yu Jing. Its implied in Giant Samurai fluff that JSA is soo fucked up with that, they need to resort back to shitty S5 again.
Also, JSA are evacuating from their former teritory at large.
Nathan Flores
>you get first turn Drop mines and go suppression. If you have classified to blow up building do it.
>You have second turn Deploy prone and have a mine someplace to help keep Matoko safe. On your turn have her kill midfield goons.
Angel Parker
>JSA are evacuate from the planet, well most of them at least >Also, JSA are evacuating from their former teritory at large. Is this confirmed? I saw the Daiyokai fluff, but I haven't seen anything about how the war went. I was wondering how on earth JSA were going to continue living as an independent nation smack dab in the middle of Yu Jing's second planet.
Jordan Edwards
>I was wondering how on earth JSA were going to continue living as an independent nation smack dab in the middle of Yu Jing's second planet.
They either stay at old earth and ask for O-12 for protection, or going full Nomads.
Nathaniel Davis
Ching Chong Nip Nong Fong
Eli Bennett
Samefag
I don't think you understand how good Superior Infiltration was. That, or you're just being a twat.
They have their niche, now there's nothing in that niche. They will be missed; there's a reason why you see Uxia so much in Vanilla Ariadna. Superior Infiltration is really, really good. You're just an idiot.
Nathan Collins
Probably not. They're essentially the basic merc trooper. They're probably get a box at some point
Leo Collins
Earth would make the most sense, and the fluff we've seen seems to support that (Kisaragi died fighting on Okinawa apparently). It's territory Yu Jing can afford to lose as well, since Earth isn't terribly important. Meanwhile the Japanese territories in Shentang are completely surrounded by other Yu Jing Asiatics that probably don't like them to much, an industrial important zone important to the YJ economy, and that whole planet is surrounded by the Yu Jing navy. It seems like an impossible situation to stay independent in.
Benjamin Williams
>Samefag
I'm this user, and it hink you're just pulling things out of your ass mate.
You're like them, i can see that. But ranting at everyone about it and point your fingers at them while shouting "TWATTT!" is not a display of good mentality user.
Blake Lewis
I can totally see Nomads helping out the Nips just to be fuck heads to a major power, again.
Chase Anderson
Just calling a spade a spade :-D
Isaac Flores
I am thinking Old Earth or Nomads. The one that is out there but I thought of is the continent that is on Dawn but the Ariadnans do not hold territory over.
Then again this is mostly based one the fact Kurage station is over Dawn, and potentially pissing off the Ariadnas is a bad idea. But could make an interesting twist.
