You could play something like Force Spike out of the board in the hopes of countering more early things. You also really need to focus on countering their draw card and getting a clock down ASAP.

Right now I'm looking at GWB (which is, what, Abzan?)
Anyway, the idea is dig up mana with elves, and cast as much as I can. I lack draw outside of some cantrips, so alot of it will be stalling as much as possible (thankfully I do get Protective Sphere) and throwing things away with Mulch to try and grab later with Auramancer and/or Elven Cache.
The win condition, if you can call it that, is basically to stick Blessing of Leeches on Taunting Elf so when I swing, everything gangs up on him and my damage goes through.
It's still in the "why did I even have this idea" stage so I'm scouring scryfall for more cards now
