I'm normally first to bash "man face" commenters, but that's literally man face. Huge nose, set of eyebrows and cheekbones, the area below eyes especially.
Keep your chin up, friend. GW is still selling a lot of High Elf models under those weird new AoS names - the Lion Rangers, the Pheonix Temple, the Swifthawk Agents, the Order Draconis, the Eldritch Council, the Wanderers (for Sisters of Avelorn)...I don't see any standard spearmen or archers anywhere, but they're probably around. You've still got opportunities Bretonnian fans don't.
