I feel like another guy companion or two would have been good to balance the group out. Six companions also feels like one too many, I prefer it when theres some tough choices to make. They're all interesting enough though, so good stuff.

Not picking a love interest yet, lets see what happens over the course of the adventure. All of my female companions are attractive enough, though Marina and Lynne are probably in the lead.

Also you did remind of one thing: Franziska was supposed to be the narrator on the Shower side and Deirdre on the Gras Paada side, and I was going to make that clear by making Deirdre use archaic english but I forgot to include that, oops.
Yes, you can have ressurect if you pick it in the Magical Talents or if you pick Life Magic, and you can also have both, which allows you to ressurect twice without having to wait for the cooldown.

The only other real thing is it would be nice to get some more info about the fantasy world and especially the five warlords; the threat we're supposed to be dealing with feels a bit nebulous otherwise.

Merin's Soul Haven ability sounds like it can synergize nicely when/should things fall apart. His name is also spelled Gerin twice.

Taking her along because a magic user is helpful. Besides, it seems like she and Milly are already besties. She's also the cutest.

- Eileen/Deirdre
Having a guide that knows the world and can divine the future is helpful.

I don't need the reincarnation with the Jai/Loa combo, but the wisdom would be a nice thing to have alongside the memory of Dama. I could upgrade to Saetra or Lithid from their base forms, but I think leaving myself a little leeway for eternity is probably a good idea.

I think you are right about too many companion choices, true. I did feel like there weren't enough males but I hardly find images of them I like.
About the world and warlords, I think you'll find it's a cheap and lazy writing move but I would want the players to not know this, and only discover everything throughout the adventure.

Gerin was his initial stupid name but, yet again, I forgot to fully rewrite a character's name in a cyoa.
Time in Gras Paada passes normally while a member of your group is there. The friends you don't pick won't exist. Your group is briefed. As you acquire more power become aware of what you can do (so Milly innately knows she can kill to extend her life). And you won't know how much time you have before Gras Paada is destroyed, you'll have to gather info yourselves.
Feels bad to have to append info not on the CYOA, I'll make better version. Thanks for the input.

Hey Veeky Forums, there's this old pair of cyoas that I can't find anywhere and they're really good.

The premise of both is that you're being recruited by someone to either fight for an army of light or darkness. They each have aist of generals you can follow to gain their blessing, and you can select an additional perk and drawback. Finally, you can choose an artifact and a favoured enemy.

I recall the darkness side had generals like a Zerg rush forming maw, a tyranid queen, an obelisk of black magic,a fallen angel, a dragon, and a mercenary king.

The light had a Stalwart fallen Titan, berzerking beasts, a Crumbling Colossus, Julius Caesar reborn, a rank-and-file general, and a dark giant that taught magic.

Please help me find it!
