Jumpers: what's the most amusing perk combination you've created?

I've been trying out some design ideas for the Tamagotchi jump. My main question is: could you read a full document with this font choice?

Attached: Tamagotchi.pdf (PDF, 175K)

>Tamagotchi jump
I'm not sure what to say about this, how is it a thing?

this nice open grill will be put in the items section. The drop in tree will have nice perks to exploit the poor and desperate

Jump when?

What are some jumps with good weapon summoning magic?

Attached: 20b89_b079.jpg (1366x768, 65K)

Fate/Stay Night. Practically wrote the book on it.

What's that supposed to be? Generic evil overlord jump?

Legendary Hero and No Garden-variety Octopus. With both, you can come up with absolutely horrendous puns and make the reaction people have to them permanent. Imagine an outsider watching as you tell someone else a terrible pun that leaves them stunned by just how bad it is...and they stay that way forever. Imagine the terror that would fill their hearts, knowing that you have such a mastery of awful puns, you can leave someone in stunned silence for the rest of their life!

Seems readable to me!
Also is that the actual backstory to tamagotchi?
Because if it is it actually kinda makes me want to dig out my old one

Fate/ has good ol' Unlimited Blade Works, I think Fairy Tail has something for that, both RWBY and DMC can give you weapon summoning as well although it's not quite magic.

The Madoka Magica jumps have something for that, or at least the original and Wraith Arc jumps do.

While the higher-priced ones were easy to figure out, I'm drawing a blank for 100cp perks in Total Annihilation. Any ideas?

>the planet itself got drunk and started singing so hard it became uninhabitable
That's amazing.

Attached: Smol Laugh.jpg (1280x720, 106K)

Well, there's not a huge amount to go off of in the games themselves, but the series has had a movie and anime with a fair amount of focus on the actual world itself, so there's more than enough to build a jump off of. I'm going to have origins based off both raising Tamagotchis and being one of the native Tamagotchis of their homeland.
Yup. Let me just quote the wiki real quick.
>In the first Tamagotchi animated production, Tamagotchi Honto no Hanashi, Oyajitchi is shown to be the sole reason for the Tamagotchi's movement to planet Earth. He is shown to be wandering around with a bottle of sake before climbing onto the Tamagotchi Planet's beak and conversing with it. Getting irritated, he jams his bottle of sake into the Planet's mouth before falling back to land. The Planet gets drunk and begins to sing very loudly, annoying its inhabitants and causing them to leave. Oyajitchi is stranded on the drunk planet, leaving him to feebly attempt to sober it.

Attached: Oyajitchi_anime.png (150x193, 28K)

Yeah, it looks fine to me.

Font looks just fine to me but only because of how large it is. If you plan on making your perk/item/etc text smaller you might want to find another one.

>I can think of two people who fit that description here. One is DDAnon.
>His jumps are full of noncanon and unbalanced shit and he always refuses to change anything about them
>He's proven himself to be actively malicious to this community.

Kingdom hearts lets you bind weapons and shit to peoples souls so they can summon it.
Hyrule Warriors has summoning magic, which works on weapons

Hello there, TRIBUNE OF THE PLEBS

>albino
>sword
>ruby throne
It's Elric of Melnibone.

Oh, man I haven't played Total Annihilation in decades. I don't even remember what that game was even about. Something with alien nanotech being discovered during the Cold War, or something like that? Or was that Battlezone? I don't remember. Sorry, user. I have fond memories of playing the game, but really can't help you with ideas.

>Total Annihilation
you are awesome for making that

dark knight vampire prince nuada?

I remember something about megacorp claiming it.

>on Veeky Forums
>doesn't immediately recognize Elric of Melnibone
Get the fuck off this board! Plebs like you aren't wanted.

REALLY!? Goodness, I was just shitposting. Thanks for letting me know, I'll dig through the archive for confirmation.

>Elric of Melnibone
oh I'm sorry I am a major pleb because I thought this was Requiem Vampire Knight.

Hollow Knight has some sword projection powers

So if i go to Naruto and run like a normal person instead of like a retard animated by japs on a low budget, i'll automatically be 20% faster than other ninja at my level, right?

News on Bronze Age Collapse Jump.

King origin description and perks are done. Moving onto Noble/Merchant perks. Some work on the Priest/Scribe should also be done today.

Suggestions and ideas for perks, items, etc are, like always, more than welcome.

So let's say, purely hypothetically, someone was to make a jump for a Mage: the Awakening spin-off. And they include a perk not only to allow the holder to Master all Arcana as easily as their ruling Arcana in the same manner (at the same Gnosis), but also a perk to completely divorce you from Paradox. The only saving grace is that they're entirely separate perks, but at this point you have to wonder, "Why did they even bother making this jump if they want to rape the setting so badly?"

Anyway, it's a distressingly common phenomena in jumps, and it's becoming increasingly common. It's pretty pathetic.

>I thought this was Requiem Vampire Knight
The lack of tattoos, piercings, and over-the-top metal shit should have clued you in.
Requiem jump when?

No, you must go further beyond!

Attached: Devilman Crybaby running.gif (500x282, 3.51M)

No, you'll run slower because Naruto physics don't like running normally and will try to slow you down.

I knew someone was gonna reply with that.

ELRIC IS THE SHIT

I've gotten a few perks (including The Old Birthday Candle Trick from Black Dynamite and others) to make me really, really good at playing dead. And perks to rebuild stuff that got smashed /really/ quickly (like YOU HAVEN’T HEARD THE LAST OF ME! from Soon I Will Be Invincible). And a perk, I forgot where, that makes it so that my enemies never get wise to my tricks.

Which means that, whenever I go to play the villain, I can... allow the heroes to smash into my fortress, take a few hits while pretending they can actually hurt me and then fake my death.

Only to have everything back online the next morning.

And the best part is they never catch on.

So what you're saying is, that i should cut off my arms everytime before a run?

Not without a perk that lets you subvert genres. Just like giant robots are inexplicably the most effective military vehicle in mecha jumps, the arms-back ninja run is the most effective way to move fast in ninja jumps. It's just how that world works. Get a perk to break genre conventions if it bugs you so much.

Absolutely. You'll be more aerodynamic that way, and the weird physics will target your now separated arms.

Here's the intro.

youtube.com/watch?v=k6mZZiI4ShQ

For priests, maybe a perk for your prayers/sacrifices actually having an effect, even if the gods don't necessarily exist? Sacrificing an animal to a god of rain actually gets you lots of rain, sacrificing food or treasure to a god of war actually helps you fight better/makes the battles go your way more, or sacrificing a person to a volcano god actually stops/prolongs the eruption?

>you now realise the real reason Orochimaru turned himself into a snake was to achieve ABSOLUTE SPEED

Do you think if I used the Edo Tensei to revive Hashirama that he'd be willing to train me up and help out if I explained the situation with Madara to him?

Attached: 2fffa105e3aded47ca2839d24cde1dc0.jpg (600x900, 539K)

See the only thing that bugs me is elrics sword was more of a hindrance than a help, stormbringer actively tried to murder his friends and drink their souls. Elrics real power was his summoning magic and the ancient pacts made by his people but he rarely used them. His people were super edgy too, like cut the vocal chords of a hundred slaves to make it so they can only make one sound then beat them to produce music edgy. I would love a jumo for it, forging land from chaos was cool and the reincarnations of him were neat too, even the one wiyh alien tech in his eye and hand that let him yank alternate rreality stuff to help himself.

But I would never get within 100 miles of elric.

>But I would never get within 100 miles of elric.
As someone who has never read it, what is he like?

I hope that when Valeria makes the Dragon Ball Super Jump she includes an option to fight the Tournament of Memes, cause that would be the shit.

He'd be horrified you used the Edo Tensei. He's probably the one who told his brother to lock that shit away. Use a different way to revive him.

While I like the setting, mage is one of those settings where its ok to rape it because it is so fucked up it NEEDS a fixing. All world of darkness is screwed up in some massive way.

I think I read something somewhere that that weird retarded dangly-arms run they do would actually lower drag if they're going in excess of like 50 or 100 miles an hour.
I'm not an engineer or anything so I don't know if it's true.

Solars and the (eventual) Abyssals have Charms that allow them to store weapons Elsewhere and recall them at will. Infernals have a similar charm, but they literally summon the weapon for the duration of an attack.

100cp CORE Contingencies - Because backup planning is fundamental, especially for a computer.

>his people were super edgy

I think his upbringing is the main reason he thought carrying around an evil sword that kept trying to eat his friends was a good idea, really. It's just a cultural thing, dark pacts are as accepted in his upbringing as the Second Amendment is in America.

Agreed

Attached: You JUST know .jpg (600x927, 225K)

A 100cp perk for getting the Narrator's voice and ability to dramatically describe things. Because that was awesome. Also a soundtrack perk, because that's great too, and maybe something for every jump having a cool intro while we're at it.

As for actual perks instead of general ones, however...hmm, maybe for the Core, a perk for rallying popular support (since apparently from what I can find, they were supported by the majority of the population at first), and for the Arm a perk for maintaining your humanity/ideals (since that's why they split off in the first place)?

See Elric himself is not too bad, a bit angsty a bit moody and super lonely because of accidentally killing his waifu with a soul sucking sword. But literally everyone who becomes his friend is eventually killed by said soul sucking sword.

By the end of his journey he literally says fuckit and ends the world iirc. Now its been over a decade since I read it, I could be remembering wrong.

The crisis in the movie also involved the planet catching a cold because the sun took a vacation to the hot springs.
Sounds good. If I can't maintain that size font, I'll see about having something different for perks and items and all that.

Attached: tumblr_opnz1yFCrc1uon9hao1_500.gif (480x288, 692K)

And just to finish the set of titles for ARM:
100cp Battle Tactics - Should be self evident what the perk does, besides reference the other expansion.

He didn't seem particularly horrified by Edo Tensei either time he was resurrected with it.

He's also angsty and moody because of the whole "getting weaker" due to all those deals he made to get his power in the first place.

Hell he was supposed to carry both the dark swords, mournblade and stormbringer together are supposed to be basically unbeatable, but he wimped out and only took 1.

Dark pacts are still cool either way, his people paid in the blood of thousands of tortured slaves for those pacts he really should cash in on them.

I'll let you know in a few days.

Attached: cap2.png (1069x801, 273K)

Merchants probably should get stuff to do with the vast trade network spanning the bronze age... no clue what

Chariots in the items would be nice? Also food maybe, since food shortages were going on?

Waant he already basically the equivelant of an anemic? Only reason he was able to do anything was thanks to magic and his evil sword iirc.

By getting weaker, I was referring to his magic.

It's next on my list after Silmarillion

This is, ironically enough, what I was internally debating for their capstone.

I’ll take this as a sign.

Hm, I’m definitely going to be working something in based on the large trade networks in the period. Not sure whether to make it a perk/item for having a pre-established trade network you make up a significant part of, or the skills to establish your presence/control of such.

And yah, chariots and foodstuffs will be on offer.

So. How about that Melkor guy? I hear he's in talks with that spider from before everything to do something about a couple of trees. Maybe I'll go learn from him, yeah? No doubt he's a pretty chill guy, good management technique and all that.

I fail at typing my damn name.

Would the Exarchs or whatever they are in Mage the Awakening be able to resist a wholesale change to the magic system of their setting using Maker of Magic from Weakness of Beatrice? Specifically, if I fucked them over and said none of them were allowed to ever use magic again?

Yeah he's a real chill guy. I am sure you could learn plenty. You could make friends with one of his servants, a guy named Gorthaur I think it was. Also a really nice guy. Has a thing for rings though.

Transistor now uploaded to Drive. Its been fun gentlemen, thank you for humoring me and helping me accomplish this fun lark. So long for now /jc/, I'll see you in The Country

Attached: Transistor The Country.png (1600x900, 4.14M)

That boy ain't right. If I were looking for the Flame Imperishable, the last place I would go looking for it was the endless, inexplicable void beyond the halls of my musical god-dad.

People who use that perk should remember beings powerful or specialised enough to resist it, can. As some of them can personify arcana, they are.

Attached: Melkor in a nutshell.jpg (550x1652, 896K)

Will the Silmarillion jump have a perk for being a blacksmith on the level of Mairon/Sauron, with the possibility of eventually equalling Aulë himself?

Doesnt magic from there rely on drawing the physics from a certain afterlife dimension and overlaying them jnto normal reality? Wouldnt changing that like... fuck up at least 5 afterlifes?

You are the hero we don't deserve.

Oh please be a thing. I have such a need for more making perks.

Ringmaker perk please.

>Hm, I’m definitely going to be working something in based on the large trade networks in the period. Not sure whether to make it a perk/item for having a pre-established trade network you make up a significant part of, or the skills to establish your presence/control of such.
Pic related?

Attached: Both.gif (350x263, 976K)

I'm not really changing the rules of the magic system, just denying access to it from literally everyone who currently is an Archmage, forever. Possibly removing Archmastery from the magic system entirely.

lol, someone's butthurt.

>As some of them can personify arcana, they are.
No, they definitely are not. Mages lose to even low essence Exalts and Raksha, they're weak, overhyped bitches.

Fair enough.

Attached: A6442820-6E41-4D6D-9D37-7786A3594D68.jpg (400x400, 78K)

And Exalts are the best thing short of Omnipotence. Your point?

Speaking of rings, I have written descriptions of 54 rings of power out of my target 108 rings. These 54 are all pretty much unique to each other. What would you suggest for a bunch of "Low class mass produced" rings? Like ones that can only do one small thing to set them apart and make them still worth collecting for people?

Then again maybe Inshould start doing other things. Rings are good for subtley spreading my influence but not everyone will want a ring.

Attached: Elegant_Fantasy_Ring_rendering_side_view_Takayas (1).jpg (1080x1080, 102K)

Given a bit of thought to my suggestion for a Melkor/Sauron-esque perk that makes your opponents lock in on "opposing you" rather than trying something else? I mean, the Silmarillion is the story of Feanor doing this with Melkor, and the Lord of the Rings is everyone on Middle-Earth doing this with Sauron.

Two questions. One, what part of the timeline is dragonball fighterz?

Two, Android 21 x Ichigo? They can be genetic abominations together!

>And Exalts are the best thing short of Omnipotence
Hahahahahahahaha- oh wait you're serious
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

But arent there a lot of good archmages fighting the bad ones?

Gib pastebin of effects you already have

Mortals with a few tricks lose to Gods in Flesh and the embodiment of Chaos. Who knew?

Doesn't matter. I can't become an Archmage, nobody else is allowed it either. Fuck the jump, fuck the jumpmaker, and fuck these losers for thinking they're better than me.

Sorry. They're omnipotent, but only in a few very specialized fields.

Exalts lose to a man with a gun, and Mages lose to weak exalts, so by simple logic a mage would probably lose to a small child with a fake gun.

Please show me where did the archmage touched you

No, That's shit logic. Mages would clearly lose to a paraplegic man with a stick.

he touch my pen0r

an he made it smol

I have eyes and I'm not afraid to roll them at you, mage.
