Orcus mostly suffers from being lazy and not nearly as autistic as Veeky Forums when it comes to the sheer ammount of fuckery available to necromancers he has nigh unlimited access to- such as Thanatos, his infinite skeleton mountain, Lichspam, ability to make clerics on the spot literally has warhammer 40k tier sacrifice stations for pouring souls into his realm, has Death Masters, Thralls, Lich fiends, also an Aura, the last word, and his wands ability to teraaform landscape read minds, corrupt people and turn them into Demon Lords, and the fact that you can't kill him proper unless you kill Tiamat, dip the wand in her heart's blood then get Bahamut to eradicate the weapon for only a century, and even then, if you try to beat him via Far Realming him or Sphere of Annhilation, he meets up with his Tennebrous vestige and his remains get supercharged to become a Deity again, and he oneshots you with the last word-
This of course, is all under the condition that he DOESN'T come to a fight wearing his fucking Necro-power armour- in which case, it's basically over.
Demogorgon get's around due to being a crazy rape-monkey that rots everyone's shit wish-spam layer control, and being in open space, also, his fucking grappling.

The Tarrasque, much like the dude who tried to summone Faerun's with Dead Dragons is a bit of a joke at this point to be honest.
The first statblock he had was for a Dungeon Magazine Adventure, then Book of Vile Darkness, Then Hordes of the Abyss which is completely fucking irrelevant because of the Dragon Magazine Demonomicon's of Iggwilv and actually made the Demon Princes underpowered as fuck then another Dungeon magazine adventure.
Also, Orcus has been consistently kept at his 15ft of height throughout his apperance in every D&D edition.
Atropals are any degree of discarded Deityflesh unfortunate enough to be in touch with negative energy, and only sometimes stillborn- you're likely to encounter then in the Plane of Negative Energy, the Layer of the abyss where Demogorgon tricked an entire deific Pantheon into somehow fucking crashing into the abyss killing them all and spawning an entire class of demons from it, or on the surface of Atropus. That said, whilst they're epic level monstrosities, they're still subject to the exploitive issue of Anti-undead means, the Hallow/Unhallow workaround, and the fact that a Cancer Mage or Cleric with the (Whatever domain is "literally Nurgle blessing the Domain") Can theoretically eat them alive. Infernals are probably a bigger danger- as one is literally a Chosen of Zarus.

Also, anything that could possibly enable one of Demogorgon's personalities Dominance is effectively world end scenario which Grants Demogorgon his King title, meaning he can now Control all the Demon Lords and Princes, and create them at whim, and he'd then kickstar the fucking Abyssal invasion on every fucking plane everywhere.
