Lokmanlam is the artist I think, but that picture seems to either be the full version, or gone.

Yeah that's about right, forgot Xaero existed. Want that mix between obviously human asian warrior/martial artsy sort of look with a few clear robot bits, rather than a fully robotic monk or emphasizing the overblown prosthetics. Something like this works as well.

I like to use the ones with whips as the pack leaders, i suggest giving them extra charisma and a few teamwork feats, making them a prime target for your party.
