Zun, the creator of the series, has confirmed that Reimu's 'Fantasy Heaven' skill is literally making her untouchable, and outside the Spell Card system is limitless in time restriction and is virtually effortless for her to use, so you have to base your argument on if her insane natural bonus to willpower is enough to resist Psychers.

Sure she does, she physically tosses around a giant Ying-Yang ball that weighs somewhere in ballpark of 40 kilos, can summon otherworldly beings to do her bidding, can banish demons and corruption, and as of the latest official manga has learned how to manipulate dimensional tears on her own.
She's basically a psyker with no chance of triggering perils of the warp and can ruin the day of any daemon or chaos in the area at whim.
If it was Chaos or related that smashed her shrine, she'd probably fare pretty well and she'd stand up well against the Imperium. The only real faction that she doesn't have a response to would be the 'nids, and nobody really has an answer for them.
