First for OP is faggot

Fires of Cyraxus

The only good bug...

My secret! REVEALED!

So, plasma cannon is something like a middle ground?

Dark Mechanicum when?

>Tau codex out
>Fires not announced

It's gonna be a few months of nothing but Amiger heads coming out of FW after Forgebane. FoQ has been delayed even more.

Between what? And actually plasma is quite high ground since it can threaten pretty much anything.

Soon

Attached: Hrud.jpg (480x360, 41K)

>tfw you will never pilot a God-Machine

Born 30,000 years too early.

Attached: 1463538566073.jpg (1920x1080, 499K)

And I will ask again, how many years has it been since FW has released something cool that wasn't for HH?

Don't kid yourself user, you wouldn't have been special enough to do so even if you were born in the right time.

So I've got the SC box for admech and I'm slowly getting through building and painting it.

Are there any admech units or options which are complete garbage that I should avoid and are any so good I should definitely include them?

I know Armigers are supposedly overcoated so I'll probably avoid Forgebane for now.

(Pic related is my onager. First model I've built or painted in like 8 years. In the process of repainting my lenses yellow cuz I over used the cyan.)

Attached: IMG_20180225_111845.jpg (4608x3456, 4.21M)

Tigershark I guess?

Ruststalkers are really the only avoid at all cost units

>are any so good I should definitely include them?

Cawl's Moving Castle

Nothing really bad bust ruststalkers are pretty rubbish vs infiltrators

lascannon and heavy bolter, for devastators weapon.

So missile and multimelts are shit then?

one missile launcher is useful for flakk missile stratagem, but heavy bolters can just be used on scouts really

plasmacannons can do really well but you need the full support setup of captain/lt and chaplain, maybe an apoth but generally not

*breaks ur time continuum*

:^)

;^)

Attached: hrudninja.jpg (700x600, 209K)

Missiles are great against fliers.
Multimeltas are too situational imo.

>chaplain
>for plasma devs
whut?

This is a good Veeky Forumsx40k collab .

fuck i meant ancient

I had grimaldus porn on the other screen and was influenced by that

As IG, what's my go to Obliterator removal? Las Cannons?

120 lasgun shots

Do you ever fucking sleep?

All the Necromunda shit?

Currently I own:
1x archon
10 x kabalites
10 x wyches
10 x hellions
9 x reavers
5 x scourges
1 x raider

Am I best off getting a second Start Collecting, despite really not needing the reavers, one of the boxes with kabs and a raider, a succubus or something else?

Battle/Earthshaker cannons, plasma.

Is every bug?

Ebay has a 15% off coupon on any one thing today only

An user shared in the last thread and I though Id spread the love.

>Do you ever fucking sleep?

When I do sleep there are alot of fan scionanons who take up my mantle

however its getting alot harder to sleep right now because a nerve in my arm is fucked up

There's about 8 people using the tag, because people keep bitching about the name fagging.

Yeah, some of the necromunda stuff they do is good, but when was the last cool 40k release?

Speak for yourself, heretic.

Jesus fucking Christ, Tau have so many options for every single fucking unit. What is the optimal load out for Coldstar, stealths and crisis now?

>tfw your planet will never fall before you do

Attached: cadian.jpg (250x329, 23K)

Post your current Forgebane hauls. Mine:

2 Knight Armiger
30 Skitarii
3 Tech Priests
3 Cryptecs
10 Immortals
15 Lychguard
6 Wraiths
Paying currently 120€, aiming to trade further for more gainz

Halp me, can't stop

Don't they usually only work on like an approved list of sellers though?

You can never have too many reavers!
I know they're bad right now but I love them

Seriously though,
the start collecting box is a great value UNLESS you don't want the reavers.
In your case, I would get more troops and transports.

Reposting this from last thread

So I’m getting into HH with an Iron Warriors army, but because none of my friends play 30k I thought I’d try and put together a 40k list with what I’m getting. It’s a pretty straight forward gunline army. Cultists are chaff to protect more important units from getting charged as well as forcing my foes to deep strike further away. They can also hold points well my tanks and dread roll up the battlefield. Havocs and the Scorpius will fire from the backline to weaken or destroy particularly tough defensive units. The Havocs can also lay waste to hordes if needed. What do you guys think?

CSM Battalion
Legion: Iron Warriors

HQ: 154pts
Chaos Lord [Warlord: Unholy Fortitude] w/ Power Sword, Fleshmetal Exoskeleton (78pts)
Warpsmith (76pts)

Troops: 240pts
3x 20x Cultists /w Autoguns (80pts each)

Elites: 428pts
Hellforged Contemptor Dreadnought w/ CCW, Kheres Assault Cannon (183pts)
Hellforged Sicaran w/ Cannon, 3x H Bolter (265pts)

Heavy Support: 217pts
Hellforged Scorpius (217pts)

Spearhead Detachment
Legion: Iron Warriors

HQ: 78pts
Chaos Lord w/ Power Sword (78pts)

Heavy Support: 825pts
Havocs w/ 4x Missile Launchers (165pts)
Havocs w/ 4x Autocannons (125pts)
Chaos Predator w/ 4x Lascannons (190pts)
Chaos Predator w/ Autocannon 2x H Bolter (150pts)
Obliterators x3 (195pts)

Total: 1962/2000

>coldstar

fusion or cib, maybe a relic flamer, plus until the FAQ you can also have 4 support systems and a HOBC alongside all of these because GW cant write rules properly

>stealth
6 dudes with burst cannon as viorla so they can shoot twice for 8 shots each

>crisis

outside of an FSE bomb theres no point running them

Worked on all the stuff I tried it on. I got the forgebane preorder

Are you including stuff that's 30/40k? Or does it have to be 40k specific?

one item or one purchase?

The codex isn't that far hopefully they won't suck

Shidd

Are we still making fun of Scionanon?

>Coldstar
Fusionstar

>Stealths
These guys barely have option though?

>Crisis
Cyclic Ion Bomb or naaah

yes

Forgebane, so in about 4 days.

yes, me

where's that picture of the kawaii waifu hrud

missile launcher is middle ground, but its D6 str4 frag hits, making it unreliable. Plasma cannon does d3 shots, but at str 7 and -3 armor, superior and better for hitting big things than krak missiles.

lascannon is dedicated tank and monstrous creature killer, heavy bolter is fodder killer, plasma cannon is for shit like marines, skimmers, medium-large creatures and light tanks.

will mini-knight be more $ effective than onager/dragoon? I know they rock, but thry tend to be (your kidney) expensive to buy multiple of them.

Pretty sure it's item, up to 50$ saving

I'm just wondering when the last good 40k only release from FW was. I don't mean the shitty hover tank, I mean more like the knarloc and IG stuff.

Been reading 'Space Marine' by Ian Watson. It's the only book other than Space Wolf detailing the life of a marine from pre-recruitment to marine, which is nice. It's also refreshing to read a book about space marines that doesn't have "he was a space marine, created by the emperor to be more than merely human... he was a son of -insert primarch], those demi-gods created by the emperor's own blood... they were the greatest warriors in the galaxy..." etc etc.every other paragraph (you know what I mean - every book, it's fucking annoying now).

Anyway, I finished Watson's 'Inquisition War' trilogy a while back and suspected Watson has a scat fixation. Then I read this in Space Marine:

>At one end of this seemingly arcane map of game-board an enormous plascrystal bowl held thousands of what at first sight appeared to be bloodshot ochreous eyeballs. Each ball commemorated the initiation of a group of ex-cadets, throughout the aeons - each being a nugget of the liquid amber and blood drunk from Rogal Dorn's own chalice by the Reclusiarch of whichever epoch, and defecated by him subsequently in this shape."

>Fusionstar
>Not cold fusion
>Ion on a coldstar
A namefag not knowing the rules. How am I not surprised

the red scorpions release was pretty cool, wish they would do more badab war stuff

A shit load of HH stuff has rules for 40k. So basically anytime HH gets new stuff. Although that seems to be becoming much less frequent.

The red scorpion heroes I guess were the last 40k specific bits

Should I get some infantry or vehicles for the ebay coupon?

Attached: 1519321303965.jpg (867x921, 67K)

>A namefag not knowing the rules. How am I not surprised

you got me there, i keep forgetting the coldstar had no index options and lump him with the normal commander

not a namefag though, scionanon is user

If you havent read Damnation Crusade then you should.

tigershark

That's actually a relief since I was planning to opt for Infiltrators since I think Ruststalkers look kinda dumb.

Are Infiltrators worth picking up?

...what did you mean by this?

Attached: IMG_20180225_111956.jpg (3456x4608, 3.84M)

a vehicle

do scionanons know they are scionanons?

Attached: ordering pizza in 40k.png (446x1002, 683K)

You mean the comic? I forgot about DC. Ye, that's a good one.

Even in death I must shitpost

Attached: 6dc9fc097d48f25a8d03211f790948e4.jpg (400x518, 67K)

How many pieces of terrain should I have on my board?

Yeah, RS count and are cool. Did they come out 1-2 years ago?

>Cyclic Ion Bomb
My LGS is quite WYSIWYG and I also feel better when I play with stuff I actually have. Is there any other way to make crisis useful?

Nah, literally came out like in august

Whats the idea way to use gretchin? Squads of 10 for objective or squads of 30 for screening?

>These guys barely have option though?
Support systems I guess

are they really that big?

About 8-12 can fill in a good amount of space.

Infiltrators are pretty cool I'm still torn on which loadout is better and hear conflicting things, I guess you just build them to fill which ever niche you're missing. They work well with Stygies to get a turn 1 charge if you want to burn the CP.

Shooty Kastelans are pretty great and work well paired with a Dominus and even better with Cawl if you go Mars

Boys are pretty much better all around for the price difference

Is there a mega for BL audio books/dramas?

Usually I can find the stuff via google but some of the older ones are a bitch to find.

Attached: 150065382457.jpg (1700x1521, 420K)

If you have a link to Clonelord that'd be appreciated,

I'm hoping for a price reduction or buff to reavers. I love the look, the idea just fits DE so well, but here we are. Doesn't help they're in all the multi-kit boxes.

I also play __Tau_ should've mentioned that, sorry.
Still a normal vehicle?

Attached: 1514557259976.png (1000x1000, 161K)

Target Lock and Shield are pretty pointless on it. Most aren't good for it, except ATS. ATS is the general selection.

What faction has the most... STYLE?

Harlequins are Veeky Forums as fuck

interested as well, running low on painting fuel, atm at the last half of tech priest

Harlequins>inquisitors>everyone else

There's rumors FW got buthurt at GW (for good reasons) and is re-re-re-writing it to be more favorable to Tau. This could be a complete ass pull as I only seen it here so you know almost certainly.

Guess you could try fusions?

>> If you want to be WAAC all fusions or CIB nothing else matters this edition for commanders and crisis.

Are any other UK bro's having trouble getting models for tyranids? Carnifex has been sold out for ages, nowhere seems to sell raveners, exocrines and hive guard?

Attached: 1502648319944.jpg (900x666, 97K)

Harlies, Mechanicum and DE.
All very different styles, but super fly.

First I've heard of it rumours from whom?
