It's never been stated they lack genitals, just that in the old world they spawned from pools. You can still have a dick or bagina if you come from a pool.
In age of sigmar each Seraphon is created both from slann's memory and to the slann's tastes, angry frogs make angry lizards, etc. A slann not remembering things correctly OR a slann wanting his beloved lizard children to know the joys of fucking are both valid reasons for Seraphon to be fuckable, assuming they didn't have the parts already.
(There is also the short story where summoned dinos form herds in the realm of beasts, thus implying they breed, thus putting forth the thought that maybe the saurus/skinks can breed too.)

Sell me on Grave Guard and Black Knights. Grave Guard seem a bit weak, defensively. What is their role on the battlefield? I know Great Weapons are the best choice, but you can get double the wounds for the same price with regular skeletons, and have the +1 to hit buff from a Death hero.
Black Knights seem alright, but they're squishy too. Unless you can buff them, I don't see them doing enough damage to drown out any other options for 'fast unit'. At that point I'd take a blob of Spirit Hosts or Dire Wolves and call it a day.
They're both great models, but I feel like I am missing something?
