Any system can be used as a portal to the magical realm. If you want something quick and easy, things like PDQ will get you there quick. Games with a more narrative focus like PbtA games and FATE are probably also going to suit you better.
But I mean, Call of Cthulhu or Rifts or whatever can be Erotic too, since it's all in the fiction, not the rules.
