Yeah pretty much, I use 2mm wide and 5mm wide magnet for my projects, which is good because I use a drill with drill bits that wide.

Just read the Mephet'ran's lore. It says that he enjoyed his games and plots in the War in Heaven. Hindering his fellow Star Gods and turning them against each other equally as he does the same to their enemies. That was because he was the weakest C'tan God so he had to use his brain.

However, his plans and deceptions were near perfect and thus his fellow gods discovered his lies and deceits. They named him the Great Deceiver. His reputation then became torn to tatters, No god would treat or speak to him. When the Necrons rebelled and warred with the C'tan Gods, the Deceiver was abandoned by his fellows. No C'tan God attempted aid the Deceiver as the Necrons cornered him, captured him, and then broke him apart to shards.

There is also this bit. Deceiver Shards self delude themselves by thinking they are in command of the Necrons they fight alongside. They are blind to the fact that they are forever enslaved to the very race that their original self guided to slavery.

Does this make the Deceiver the most tragic figure in 40K?

Technically speaking Famulous are Battle maid commissars for nobility and other worthy members of the Imperium.
They make sure saints are born, nobles do not inbreed into retardation and officers or governors do not turn traitors

Sadly not every non pleb memeber of the Imperium has access to Battle maids of moral superiority

I like the idea that trickster gods do better than others in 40k because they don't take the setting as seriously as everyone else.

The new Necron codex lore brought back the whole Cegorach tricking the Outsider into eating his brothers. It says that the Outsider exiled himself somewhere south of the galaxy. He is hidden in a hollow sphere.

So how game changing would the awakening of a full C'tan God be for the setting?
