Would you play a 5e port of the 4e warlord if it required the character to be a meido?

I looked this up because I was curious if someone actually made this, but the first result was from the DnD wiki which only reminded me that shitty homebrew filled website exists.

So to answer your question OP, no, because the second result of my Google search was a Reddit post of the maid being a fighter archetype, which sounds like a much better idea.

The Chef Class? Only existed in 1E for Polyhedron Magazine with a large variety of cooking options- the latest iteration of that was in Book of Neurotic Fantasy, Bride of the portable whole with a Chef PrC. A Maid would have levels in specialist as an Illusionist but would mostly feature levels in Rogue or Bard respectively, with stuff for performance, sleight of hand and stuff for working dextrously with culinary tools and the like.

Ah wait, I'm 99% sure the stuff in Kingdoms of Kalamar has what you want for the ilk of being a medio.

What is a meido? I'm scared to google it.

Just a cat girl? Do cat girls have extraordinary leadership or tactical abilities?

Mearls made it, or was trying to forget if he finished or not, on his weekly stream where he pretty much is just asking for ideas for subclasses because they have fuck all anymore.

ITT: Pic related

This is actual fucking cancer, please tell me this isn't real. A fucking MAID class? Are you serious? This has to be a prank. This is like when he said he'd make an AL-legal class especially for use by a person who won his gay-ass contest, or whatever it was. What the fuck is wrong with these idiots? Half the UAs suck, half the books suck, most of the archetypes are crap, it's all the same boring 4e artificial resource management crap, and now they are putting in a fucking MAID class? This cannot be real. This cannot be fucking real. How in hell did D&D get this pozzed? 3.5 might have had shit rules, and 4e even shittier, but at least they weren't full of this feminized gay crap. Who the fuck wants to play a maid fighter? What the hell even is that? Why are they pandering to the same anime virgin fucks they are trying to remove from the hobby so that women can actually feel safe entering a gamestore without being ogled by some creepy who hasn't washed his sweat-stained ass crack once in his 27 years of life.

Isn't a maid the exact opposite of a warlord? It makes more sense for their master to be the warlord and have them be the mba bitch.

>I worked behind the scenes a ton to make all of your attacks better

Warlord didn't really make your attacks better though, they just gave you more.

Tactical Presence, Adaptive Stratagem, Instant Planning, and the features of the Battle Captain paragon path all disagree.

But what kind of meido?

"More attacks" and "better attacks" are abstractions, unless you think that fightytypes swing their swords once per six seconds (twice if their enemy walks 10+ feet during that time).

Anime aside, I could go for a well-defined Maid/Butler/Servant class. Something all about enhancing party effectiveness via buffs, disables, and preparation with a big focus on out-of-combat setups and combination attacks. Play the Ju Li to someone's Varrick, could be fun.

>4e Warlord
>In 5e
Why would you want this? None of the things that make the Warlord fun are present in 5e. 5e doesn't emphasize grid-based combat, is very lax on positioning, doesn't like to track conditional bonuses, almost certainly won't allow for a character that heals others without magic, and overall lacks much of the tactical complexity of 4e. The most a 5e Warlord will be allowed to do is give up their action to let an ally make one additional attack a small number of times per short rest.

1 and 5 a best

>Would you play a 5e

Normies out plz.
