This character is physically jacked with hueg muscles and can vibrate their body to pass thru solid objects. They're a master manipulator with incredible charismatic presence. They're a black supremacist (or at least, anti white) and have a homey southern draw and blame white people for all of the universes ills. They also have a giant planet busting Mecha.

Effectively we've created a powerful supervillain, probably some nation of Islam crazy. His supervillain name could be Yakub. Hell, he could BE Yakub and is here to destroy the white race he created

I'm wary of non-binary shit such as because it attracts edgy teenagers that think gender is somehow shocking instead of just boring, but I'd just make them androgynous. See Vivec in Morrowind or Tilda Swinton as Gabriel in the Constantine movie.
Vivec has both kinds of genitalia, and identifies as whatever suits the current mood for fucking something weird of fucking someone up. It's good for divine figures if you want some weird hindu shit, just don't let a player go bonkers with it unless the rest of the players are ok with it.
