What does a powerbottom fall under?

Generally whoever has the nicest dick

>Starfinder: Jock
>Pathfinder: Aggressively violent nerd

Kek.

Two (used to be three) jocks and two nerds.

One’s a nerdy jock and the other’s a jockish nerd.

I’ve found power bottoms tend to prefer the guy attached to the dick more than the dick itself, considering the dynamics of being a cock-hungry girl who wants to be driven into the dirt commands a certain agreement between her and the partner.

>girl
That's fuckin' gay

You’re the gay, you anal astronaut!

Your gay

1. Jock hiding how much of a nerd he is.
2. Jock.
3. Nerd, who can play a pretty decent Jock when she needs to.

Nu uh.

This OP image looks like porn. This thing is from porn isn't it? Please tell me I'm not going crazy

I'm thinking of giving pathfinder a whirl with it's new edition. Whats been announced about it? Is it just gonna be NOT! 5e?

We know so little about it practically right now that you're better off not asking, because the responses you get will be almost entirely pseuds making irrational judgments on how bad it's going to be, and people who hate other systems enough that they insist 2e can't do wrong.

Maybe consider playing a good game instead. Like basically anything else that's not one of 3.5's diseased brood

Damn right he's mine

What is generally considered the best mental stat to be good in if you have to choose anyway in terms of skills, RPing and feats?

In this case I was pondering between vanilla PoW Warder who uses Intelligence versus Ordained Defender Warder who uses Wisdom

Wisdom, because somebody else will be the knowledge library while you’re busy with Quality of Life skills like Survival and Heal. Wisdom gives you the chance to be introspective and “wise” too, which is significantly easier to roleplay than an intelligent dork.

But user...w..what if I am more of an intelligent dork with bad wisdom skills in real life?

Intelligence is the best score to roleplay. It's easier to fake than the others if you aren't, and if you are then it lets you avoid the problem of justifying why your unintelligent character could come up with some clever idea. There're a lot of different ways to play intelligent too since you can focus on one form of it, disregarding the others and representing your skills appropriately, which you'll get more of to play with and characterize around having.

You need to be more intelligent to fake WIS than INT since you need to figure out what the right decision is in the game, and playing CHA well pretty much requires all your real mental scores to be decent to play it up relative to a game.

Than I’d ask who you are, so I may bully your poor impulse control and inhibitions.

you guys seen the 2e rouge preview yet?

No but we already discussed the 2e rogue preview.

Simply somebody who is in Engineering in university. I know for sure that I do have the intelligence but sometimes I make questionable decisions and also demonstrate social awkwardness too.

Of course it might simply be a lack of charisma, after all if I made it this far, that would mean I demonstrate some degree of wisdom at least, and those embarrassing decisions tend to be in social situations

I tried 3.pf years ago and was not impressed. i was hoping 2e would be better

Attached: 118.jpg (1440x2160, 740K)

Probably a lack of charisma and poor Sense Motive, making it impossible for you to get a read on the social situation. I wouldn’t worry about it, you’re in college! It’s natural to be a bit awkward.

It doesn't seem like it's too big of a change thusfar, especially not in design philosophy and encouraged play style. They could pull a curveball but I highly doubt the PF team have that in them

Let's see.....

Studies languages as a hobby

Has an interest in geology and studies that in his downtime as well, and even has a rock collection.

Is generally well read on most religions of the world.

Is somewhat shy.

Yup. My charachter's a Nerd. a Nerdy Paladork.

One of my characters is not just a jock, he’s a Chad - still a lovable dork, though, which just enhances the jock.

>Is your character a jock or a nerd?
Psychopathic nerd.

slut

But abusable slut or power tripping bitch?

Do I have to choose? I'll be honest I haven't gotten to use this character yet

Trying again as I got no response last time.

I'm writing my elf's backstory and figuring out what multiple classes I should use.

So far, my GM gave her introduction as essentially one of many "test subjects" for a country-wide telepathic council network as she was seen to have compatibility with the system. I've been thinking of making her base a Ranger or Druid, and multi class as a Fighter. Additionally, I want to give her a blessing/curse on one eye (I haven't fully figured that detail yet Yes, I'm that user from the other day...) and an interesting backstory that would explain the enchantment, her telepathic network compatibility, as well as give her an interesting origin that isn't too out-there or Mary Sue-ish.

A couple of ideas that I was thinking of was that she would encounter a person or a force that blessed/cursed her when she was younger, or that she might have some kind of status (nobility or otherwise) that would have lead to the blessing/curse as part of some ceremony.

What would be a decent build ability points-wise (and probably feats as well), and how should I develop the backstory?

This time, not posting with an elf from an ero VN.

That image is triggering me. Arrow not just on the wrong side of the bow, it's on the wrong side of her HAND.
And then there's that "quiver vertical on back" meme.

her clothes don't look very practical or comfortable for adventuring either!

Can’t please everyone.

Is her name Cringe?

She's either the jockiest nerd or nerdiest jock.

Alright /pgg/
I'll be straight up with you. I'm in a 3.5 and I'm gonna ask your opinion on some 3.5 stuff. Really it's just a general question on what class I wanna go with.

Ok so my character concept is human, cause that extra feat, and my only real goal at the moment is a weapon I want, more for aesthetic reasons. So feat wise I'm gonna be taking monkey grip, exotic weapon prof (heavy greatsword) and then ancestral relic for a family owned large greatsword made of rose gold which will be Maidens Blush.

So I'm feeling bard would be good for thematic reasons, of course fighter could work too. But I could also do duskblade. Really any class that makes good use of a greatsword will do, but I'm trying to think of something flavorful and give my character such a reason to use a greatsword made of rose gold

What do you guys think?
Also here's an oni loli cause you guys are into that stuff right?

Attached: 65551295_p0.jpg (1074x1500, 1.03M)

Wizards have their schools.
Sorcerers their extended family.
Clerics and Paladins have the church.

What does a Bard have?

Their bachelor's degree in arts.

Two jocks and a dork. Though the dork has a cute boyfriend while one of the jocks is sad and single, so that’s kinda funny.

Just do whatever you want, any class can literally use a giant greatsword as long as they have some strength

>keep trying to keep campaign on track to wrap up and have a satisfying conclusion
>neat things keep happening and bloating the plot
>missing about a session a month due to circumstances and illness
>it just keeps sprawling
Anxiety

Sex.

Their college

Good try, but nope.

Their lute.

Get this Haligonian nonsense out of here.

Alright, after ten thousand years of slumber, I am about to play Pathfinder, probably as a one-shot, with a first-time GM, and three other guys, one of whom is the GM's brother. Original plan was to play an Ingestigator, like I did before, but someone's playing a Rogue, so I'm thinking of Paladin. Any suggestions?

wtf

>a reason to use a greatsword made of rose gold
Your character really loves it. Class irrelevant, make it intelligent and animated for full magical realm.
>loli
That's not loli.

>be an elf prostitute
>never had any weapon training
>wear skimpy clothes to attract customers
>dumb human thinks all elves dress like this
>hands me these props and insists I pose for a portrait
>his colleagues now mock the portrait because I mishandled the props
I hate humans.

Human inspired blade(swashbuckler) with combat reflexes.

Intelligence is the easiest stat to let other people play your character. Since someone with 20+ int is smarter than anyone alive, it only makes sense that the approximate equivalent would be brainstorming.

Dude.

>no panties

Both of them are jocks, but more the cool jock kind than the asshole kind

It looks like she's just getting ready, so I don't see the problem with the pose. If it were more actiony that'd be another thing.

I think halflings are too short. I fudge the height of my halflings on the character sheet. I make them at least 3'6".

Attached: shortstack-making-flapjacks.jpg (646x1240, 188K)

I think Halfings shouldn't exist in any work that isn't Lord of the Rings, because unlike the other races that were taken and adapted from it Halflings only really work in the context of the story Tolkien wanted to tell as being the country "every man".

Well, that and porn but I hate it when they exist in anything I'm supposed to take seriously. It says a lot that when you say "halfing" most of what people here post is basically smut.

What are the best option for getting heavy armor on a cleric?

A jock who bullies nerds into shape.

My last Starfinder character was an aspiring Internet celebrity/vlogger who loved Eoxian Hall of the Living shows, posted parkour videos (which during the the campaign turned into footage of shootouts), and frequented conspiracy websites to look up info on cults and mysterious happenings in the Pact Worlds.

Guess that puts her on the nerd end of the scale.

Noble patrons.

taking the feat or using a +0 training amulet of mighty fists

What classes are suited for halflings?

Cavalier

Why are elves bad?

They're fine and work well for any int-primary class. Having a CON penalty hurts them and prevents them from being amazing, but they're far from bad.

Cavalier is great. Good bards and sorcerers, too.

Battle Cleric or Warpriest?

Paladin for the same reasons as Cavalier, and Halfling Barbarians and Fighters are actually surprisingly good, mainly because of the Halfling Only Racial Feat "Risky Striker," which is like another layer of Power Attack on top of your Power Attack at the cost of a tiny bit of AC. Halflings also make decent Magi by virtue of having the best FCB Magi can even get: +1/6th a Magus Arcana.

Cleric if you want a more methodical suportative build, Warpriest if you just want to buff up and smash.

>implying hp matters
>in Pathfinder
LOL

Enjoy dying to a failed fort save.

d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/vermin/worm-that-walks-human-conjurer/

I am running a worm that walks against my level 8 to 9 party of 6 PCs as a super-powerful encounter. I am planning for the thing to flee at half-hp, if it gets that low, by discorporating and the worms falling through a vent in the floor. My questions (which will become very relevant during this fight):

1. Can you use the dimensional steps ability while grappled or swallowed?
2. What spells can I switch out on this guy to make him a little less... insane? I was thinking he would use Slow right off the bat, and maybe acid fog or black tentacles, to deal with the PCs. Two of them have large-sized animal companions so the grappling tentacles might not be as useful. I am also thinking he will switch out fly for another dispel magic so he can counterspell PC's spells against him (even though he will be immune to a lot of them).
3. How do I make this OP battle fun for the players without nerfing this guy into not being a challenge? I.e. debuff them very strongly without taking them out of the fight, force them to use strategy, etc.

>5% difference
>mattering
Fucking take Great Fortitude if you care so much. The only place Con matters is hp and since hp doesn't matter, neither does Con hardly. Unless you are shit at the game.

>HP doesn't matter
Spoken like a true idiot who's never had to deal with a crit, an over-lucky fireball (alongside a bad reflex roll), or just plain-old never had a threatening DM use PoW or Keen Fullattacking Falcatas.

>full attacking keen falcatas
>getting through mirror image + blur or displacement
Do go on about your martials and bonus feats.

>getting through mirror image + blur or displacement
That happens a lot, actually.

>20% means I'm immune!

No amount of player skill can make up for shit luck.

How bad is to have a skald in a party with a caster?

Melee is for suckers, just ride a doggo plinking stuff with arrows all day every day. Ranger works well enough for this.

>>getting through mirror image + blur or displacement
Closing your eyes negates them, leaving only the normal 50% miss chance for not seeing. Add a trick or two like a heartseeking weapon, and it's a 0% miss chance.

Well, try the Court Poet archetype, because that one changes the Skald's song from a Strength rage boost to something more calming that boosts casting stats instead.

I like how my questions were never answered and instead had my (probably) poor image choice criticized instead.

He has to accept the song, he just won't. Don't worry about it.

multiclassing in pf is generally a dumb idea, don't do it

Oracledin says hi.

How so? Does it make playing more confusing?

Single-class builds are just stronger in most cases, barring rare cheesy abominations.

>playing starfinder
Gross

>generally
i know you probably had to dump int for that build but that's no excuse
