I see two possible outcomes in this scenario.
If the MGE corruption can corrupt Chaos as well, then the monstergirls quickly win since the Imperium is not prepared to deal with their kind of threat. It's not like a monstergirl is vulnerable to the standard anti-daemon measures, and they are much stronger than your average human while also breeding like nothing else. The only faction I could see defeating the monstergirls is the Tyrannids, since their biology is so different that it would be difficult to corrupt them. Then again, there IS rule 34 of many of the tyrannid monsters, and that's pretty much all it takes for something to be corruptible, so they'd probably lose too.
However, if the MGE corruption doesn't work on Chaos, but Chaos can infect the monstergirls, then you'd see little difference other than a boost to the manpower of the forces of Chaos, most of that manpower likely going to Slaneesh.

The planet it starts on gets ignored until some guard regiment stumbles onto it. Either they kill them all or get corrupted.
If they get corrupted then they try and spread the love to other systems. But since techpriests don't have dongs and are basically lobotomized to be emotionless they are uneffected and detonate the plasma drives or kill themselves. Gremlins try and understand the warp drive and most likely fuck it up and the ship gets lost in that warp.
Or, some astarties come by and wreck shit because they can't into emotion and are sterile.
Or, the AdMech show up and wreck shit because Skitarii are barely a step up from a servitor.
Or, the Deldar show up and drown out the love with edgyness and pain. They get new slaves to torture.
