Last time I tried to work with raiwallet it was laggy as hell. How does it work? Why can I create several accounts?
And how does the "receive" option work, why does it ask for an amount?

They never had a 10 xrb withdraw fee. It was a 10 xrb withdraw MINIMUM, which was lowered down to 1 xrb recently.

receive just has a retarded UI. It basically generates a new address, don't worry about the amount

It is basicly to "sort" your XRB, so you can put XRBs you boughts for like 10$ in one account, and other XRBs which have been bought for 13$ in another account.
